Welcome to Smoky Mountain Getaway located in the Mountain View condominium complex. Discover the beauty of Pigeon Forge from this newly renovated 1-bedroom condo. This cozy retreat features a modern king bedroom suite, an additional half bath and additional sleeping space, including a twin over twin bunk beds and a pull-out sofa bed.

This freshly renovated, and new to the rental market, fourth floor condo comfortably sleeps 6 and provides an amazing view of the iconic Great Smokey Mountains as well as convenient access to the indoor and outdoor pools and community play areas. Free secure wireless high-speed internet service is available as well for work or play. Onsite free parking makes for easy loading and unloading.

The living room is tastefully decorated and features new flooring and furnishing. Unwind at the end of the day in front of the TV or fireplace on those cool mountain nights.

The kitchen has been fully renovated with new cabinets, granite counters, tile back splash and new appliances. It is stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware, and small appliances for home cooked meals. Coffee lovers will enjoy both Keurig or traditional coffeemaker options. There is seating for 4 at the dining room table and an eat-in kitchen island that seats an additional 4.

The spacious primary bedroom suite offers a king size bed and TV for relaxing. The attached bathroom features a double vanity and an oversized walk-in shower. Pack'n play available in the closet.

Custom built twin over twin bunk beds provide a cozy space for the kids to enjoy.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening treats from the private balcony overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains. The proximity to the indoor and outdoor pools provide easy access to the community amenities.

The condominium complex offers a number of amenities. You'll find a great outdoor pool to cool off in the summer and a heated indoor pool for the cooler times of the year. The younger kids will enjoy the outdoor playground and the entire family can enjoy the outdoor walking paths and grilling on the charcoal grills.

The unit is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer, located directly off the kitchen.

We respectfully ask for no smoking, no pets and that the primary renter is at least 24 years old.

This host and condo deserves 5 we stayed a week including Christmas and our condo was decorated, including a full-size Christmas tree and made us feel like we were at home. The condo was white glove clean..perfect for two veterans. The kitchen had everything you would need to make any meal and everything was in perfect condition. Our host communicated with us timely and was able to answer all our questions. We definitely would stay here again! You should too, you will not regret your decision.

This condo was very clean and in the perfect location for all the Pigeon Forge attractions. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and the unit was exactly as described with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the bunk beds and the extra bathroom. It was decorated for Christmas and felt so warm and homey, it made our getaway feel extra special. The whole place was cozy, updated, and truly a perfect place to stay. Jenna was wonderful to work with and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

The condo was perfect, king bedroom with huge shower, twin bunks my granddaughters slept in, sofa couch very comfy, my 2 daughters took the king room. Extra bathroom was a plus, extremely clean , well stocked kitchen and we loved the fireplace. Close to everything, Wiill def come back!! We loved it

Jenna's place was super clean and perfect for our stay. She was a wonderful host with clear communication and instructions. The building sits far enough off the parkway that you don't feel the crowds. If you're not too interested in being secluded and seeing bear, this is a perfect place to stay.

This condo is a great location, freshly renovated, and conveniently close to the pool. The bed in the master was very comfortable and having a balcony was so nice. Jenna, the host, resolved a lock issue immediately. Should we come back to the area, I would definitely rent again.

Absolutely loved it! Exactly as described, comfortable, and there were even snacks! The fridge has ice and water, the beds were so comfy, and it was perfect. Jenna (host) was kind, prompt, and even let us know when early checkin was available. Will definitely use again!

Quiet and cozy

Condo was clean and recently updated. Family friendly with pool near by. Balcony had mountains views. Our stay was peaceful and quiet. Recommend for couples get away or a family vacation with littles. Owner was prompt in response. I have nothing but nice things to say about our stay.

This condo was immaculate. Beautiful, clean, and very cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed, all your coffee needs as well. The bed was so comfortable, the sheets were so soft, felt like sleeping on a cloud. The shower was huge which made it easy to fit my small two kids and me to give them showers. We will be staying here again and can’t wait until next time.
