The bedrooms also have flat screen TVs.Free high speed internet with free WiFi is also available. The balcony is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. It is a large balcony and has four patio chairs and a breakfast table. The entrance to UNIT 202 is approx. 20 ft. from the elevator and approx. 8 ft. from the stairway. The private pool 50 ft. away is for resort guest is heated and has a hot tub. Handicap parking is available as well as regular parking directly in front of the condo building. We enjoyed a quiet and relaxing family get away, yet we were right in the middle of town. Restaurants and shopping were close by, and when we returned to our room, it was all nice and quiet. Beds and sofas were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Parking right outside the door is another plus.

Condo was spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but still very convenient. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The pool and hot tub on the premises was refreshing after a day in the mountains. Would definitely stay again.
The carpet needs cleaning. It was a big spot right in the walk way in front of the trash can. The pictures needed to be clean. Dust on frames and table in living room. Everybody was sneezing. The bed was hard in the master. The elevator was cold and slow.

We take great pride in the fact that our guest enjoy their visit to the Smoky Mountain area. We are very fortunate to be able to come to the area once a month to visit and stay in our condo or cabin. It is on these trips that we check to make sure that our properties are clean and well maintained. Our home is in North Alabama on Wilson Lake. When my wife and I decided to buy a condo we had a wish list.The condo had to be conveniently located to shopping, attractions, theaters, restaurants and amusement parks including Dollywood and Splash City. It had to be near a grocery store, a med-center and a hospital. We wanted the condo to be in excellent condition, on the 2nd or 3rd floor near the elevator and stairway. It would need to be in a quiet area away from heavy traffic. We wanted a large balcony with a great view. The condo had to have a large kitchen and roomy dining area. It would have to be well decorated. The location of the condo would need to be in a newly developed area, very clean and safe. After looking at several condos in the area we choose River Crossing Resort Unit 202 in Sevierville Tn. because it fits this criteria. When you visit our condo I am sure you will understand why we choose this one.
The resort is unique because it is located just 1 block off the Parkway on the Little Pigeon River. River Crossing Resort is also on a dead end street away from heavy traffic. You can jog or take a morning walk if you want and not have to deal with heavy traffic. River Crossing Resort is a single building with only 30 units so it is much more quiet than other resorts. There is a zoo across the street and Buffalo Wings restaurant next door. Other restaurants, shopping and attractions are with a short walking distance. Many other restaurants, theaters shopping outlets and attractions are only one mile away.
