Welcome to Smoky Mountain Condo. A recently renovated second floor condo featuring 2 bedrooms, 3 beds and 2 bathrooms that comfortably sleeps 6 right off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. The condo features views of the heart of Pigeon Forge as well as the iconic Great Smokey Mountains. You'll enjoy all the upgrades with granite, tile and new stainless-steel appliances. The condo offers convenient transportation options as it's walking distance to a Pigeon Forge trolley stop. Free secure wireless high-speed internet service is available as well for work or play.
The living room is tastefully decorated and features new flooring and furniture. Unwind at the end of the day in front of the tv or fireplace on those cool mountain nights.
The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, granite counters and tile backsplash. It is stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware, and small appliances for homecooked meals. The kitchen offers both a Keurig or traditional coffeemaker. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table and an eat-in kitchen island that seats 4.
The spacious primary bedroom has a king size bed and tv for relaxing. The attached bathroom features a double vanity and an oversized walk-in shower. Pack'n play available in the closet.
The second bedroom features 2 queen sized beds and tv. There is also private access to the second bathroom.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening treats from the balcony overlooking Pigeon Forge with the Great Smoky Mountains in the distance.
The condominium has lots of amenities for you. You'll find a great outdoor pool to cool off in the summer and a heated indoor pool for the cooler times of the year. The younger kids will enjoy the outdoor playground and the entire family can enjoy the outdoor walking paths and grilling on the charcoal grills.
The unit is equipped with new stackable washer and dryer.
We respectfully ask for no smoking, no pets and that the primary renter is at least 24 years old.

Perfect Property

We stayed here with our two children who are 12 and 14. It was perfect. The only downside was that the outside pool was closed, but I understood why as we were visiting in late April and even though the temperatures were really warm I understand that they probably don't open the pool until a little later. The property itself is was spotless. Both bathrooms were great. Having two queen beds in the second room was so good as it meant the kids didn't have to share a bed. It was also in a great location as we were very short drive to Dollywood and to every other activity that we wanted to do.

Exactly as described

It was exactly as described with a smooth check-in. Property manager let us know in advance regarding the locks being updated. We were only there to really sleep and shower as we were in town for a tournament but it was plenty of space, very clean yet right off the road and still quiet! It was close to everything and we’d stay here again!

Excellent property!!

Our family of 5 stayed in this property and were so impressed with every aspect! The condo was newly remodeled and so well furnished. The living spaces were all just right and each member of our family was so pleased. There were plenty of comfortable blankets in the beds, more than enough kitchen supplies, excellent TV watching options, and even a basket of treats in the counter to greet us! Communication with the owner was timely and informative. We’d recommend this unit and would love to rent again!

Dollywood and More

We had such a great stay in this condo in Pigeon Forge. It was exactly as described and the host Jenna was lightning quick in responding to my questions. We spent a day in Dollywood, a day in Gatlinburg, and many days hiking in the Smoky Mountains National Park. This condo was a great location for doing all of these activities. The place was super clean and I loved the Smartlock system so we didn’t have to worry about a key. We are from the Midwest so we enjoyed the view of the Smoky Mountains from our balcony every day. The check-in and check-out process was so simple. Thank you Jenna!

Great stay

My family was visiting from Florida for spring break. We all enjoyed our stay, the condo was very clean. The host was very nice and responsive to our messages. We loved the location and were able to walk to nearby attractions. When we plan another trip I will be sure to stay here again.

Daughters sweet 16!

We stayed the weekend in this room for our daughter's 16th birthday in the smokies! Room was clean, organized and perfect. Great stay. Host messaged to let us know the room was ready earlier than expected which is great, also was super responsive with any questions, even apologized for the construction that was going on, that didn't even bother us. Great stay, great location, great host! Would stay again for sure!

Valentine’s Day stay

The condo was a great location and stay. We did not leave the location at all. We did have a couple issues with like delivery drivers trying to find the property but that’s no regard to Jenna. The one issue that we did have she solved it very quickly for us. We would stay here again!

Don’t miss out on staying here!

This was our second time booking this property with Jenna. The pictures are a great representation of how the condo will look when you arrive. It has been exceptionally clean both times we have stayed. Communication with the owner is top notch and you couldn’t ask for a better location on the parkway!

The most perfect spot for visiting Pigeon Forge

I can’t say enough positive things about this condo.The location couldn’t be better. It’s centrally located in Pigeon Forge. But it is still a quiet and peaceful respite from everything around it. When we walked through the door, we noticed how absolutely gorgeous it was (honestly, the photos don’t do it justice.) The condo was impeccably clean and stocked with anything we could possibly need during our stay. We felt like treasured guests in the owner's home. We will definitely be renting here, again, next year when we return to the area.

Sons birthday weekend

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was as advertised. The unit was very clean. The host is very easy to communicate with, and answers messages extremely timely. After we had checked out she even messaged to let me know that we had left something behind and asked if we’d like for her to ship it to us! The location is great, super close to everything that you may need/want to go to. The only thing that may need to be checked out is the plug in the hall bathtub, it was not working right when we were there but that did not hinder us at all.. just a suggestion! Overall, I would recommend this unit and this host to anyone looking to book a stay!
