- Guest bedroom (Second Floor) - King Bedroom with shared En Suite bathroom. Great walk-in closet and smart TV complete the room.
- Guest bedroom (Second Floor) – 2 Twin beds with large walk in closet and smart TV available.
- Bunk Room (Second Floor) - Twin over Twin bed with Twin trundle.

▶️ Minutes to the Shore:
- Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: (3 min drive, .9 miles away) the largest public beach access in Walton County, is located just half a mile away and can be easily reached. This access point provides various amenities such as public restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking, and seasonal lifeguard services.

- Phillips Inlet Beach Access - (0.6 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right into the beach access.

- Lupine Beach Access - (0.9 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right into the beach access at Phillips. Lupine is located at the end of Walton Magnolia Ln.

- Parking: There is space for 4 vehicles. Street parking is not available in this community.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
