Lone Star Beach House- steps from the beach! Brand new/ professionally decorated

Lone Star Beach House is a wonderful choice for your beach vacation with family or friends. Across the street from beach access, it's an easy trip, with a wagon waiting to carry all your gear!

Location could not be better - we are 7 min from all the fine dining and boutique shops of 30A, including Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest and Inlet Beach. In the other direction, we are 12 minutes from the fun at Pier Park: Dave and Busters, Grand Imax movie theater, laser tag, VR arcade and shopping mall. Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores are only a 2 minute drive, and the Donut Hole takes only 5 min.

Built in 2022, this 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house has it all. From the luxury linens to ensure a good nights sleep, to a bunk room where siblings or friends can make lifelong memories, this house will make it easy to enjoy your time in the sand and the sun.

The front door opens into the living room with a big screen TV and comfy sofa for family movie night. The dining table seats 8 with room for 3 more at the counter barstools. A fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances allows for a fresh cup of coffee in the morning, plenty of space to cook family meals, or a glass of wine while reliving the day's adventures.

The second floor holds a bunk room with twin/twin and twin/full beds. Connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom, the second bedroom holds a queen bed. There is a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.

On the third floor, the master bedroom has a king bed, a 45 inch TV, and a large en suite bathroom with a vanity for two. Large windows let in lots of light, but room darkening curtains allow for sleeping as late as you want. Down the hall, a second master also has a king bed and en suite bathroom and provides a gulf view from the window.

We provide a utility wagon to take kids or gear to the beach. On the side of the house, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off before coming in from the beach. Because the beach is so close, you may find yourself returning at night to watch the sun set or do some serious star gazing!

We have been coming to Rosemary Beach for almost 20 years and wanted to share our love of the beaches along this stretch of coastline with others. We hope that your family will love it as much as we do!
