Ce condo est un front de golf direct (la seule chose entre vous et le golfe est le sable) suite ensoleillée offrant une vue panoramique sur le golfe du Mexique. Une suite ensoleillée est une grande piÚce divisée en salon et chambre à coucher, combinée avec une cuisine complÚte et une salle de bain séparée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une petite famille et pourra accueillir confortablement 2 à 4 personnes. La Gulf Shores Plantation est la destination de vacances la plus vierge de la plage Emerald. La copropriété de faible densité offre un maximum d'intimité avec une multitude de commodités. Perfect space for a couple.

This location was exactly as described, and very easy to find. The guard shack/check in was really quick, the employees very helpful and friendly. There is tremendous water pressure in the shower. All amenities work as expected. The balcony is small but it is enough for two people. It was very convenient to have Sassy Bass on the ground floor; we ate there three times. The only drawback we found is the placement of the bed which makes it really difficult to get in and out of the bed since there is very little space between the bed and the wall. The WIFI did take a while to connect; had to open a browser page to get it to actually function. Contacted the host and got a quick reply. We had a great time and will hopefully return in the future.

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION

From the moment we booked, the owner was welcoming. The condo comes with everything that you need to cook or you can eat at the restaurant located directly below the condo. The view is amazing! Some things are a little outdated but you cannot beat it for the location and price. We will definitely be back!

Just what we needed

Everything was amazing! The only issue that we ran into was I was responsible for buying/ bringing any rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags after the one that was already there at check in. We Also received one bath towel per family member ( family of 4) for our stay of 5 nights. I had to pay to wash them if I wanted them clean ones in the washers and dryers.

The listing stated there was a washer and dryer, which was very important to me, in addition to a laundry facility. However, the unit only had access to a communal laundry facility. The unit itself could also use a thorough deep cleaning and updated furnishings—some of them were a bit wobbly, and the cookware was burned. While the beds and couch were fine, the kitchen needs some attention.I felt quite misled by the "sunsuite" description; it was undeniably a studio. The only private space in the unit was the shower/toilet room. Overall, the unit wasn't a complete disappointment, but I wasn't thrilled with it either. It was just okay. My main feeling is that both the listing and the unit itself need some updating and better cleaning, though it ultimately sufficed for our family.Furthermore, the listing encourages its size for a small family of five (which we are), but we were only provided with one roll of toilet paper, five towels, five washcloths, and zero dishwashing cloths for a week-long stay. It hardly feels like a vacation when I have to spend every other day washing towels and running to the convenience store for basic essentials. That being said, the location is great, and while the balcony is small, the view is wonderful and we enjoyed our trip.

Perfect place for a getaway

So I rent condos often and vary my selection based on the purpose of my visit. I saw the conflicting reviews and had a little hesitation. I was pleased with the rental. The rental is exactly as described. It’s beachfront and small. It’s not for a large family but it’s great for people that want a clean functional place to stay while they enjoy the beach. That simple! If you want marble floors or high end appliances then not for you. It is priced right, it is clean and Mac was super easy to work with. I would rent this again. Also, great water pressure in the shower
. Not always easy to find!

Condo concerns

The property was listed as a 1 bedroom. There is no bedroom, it is a studio. The property is in poor condition. There was mold on the vent, the sheets were dirty, the box spring was broken, the refrigerator has rust all over it and the lamp is held together with tape. I have pictures of all of this. The owner did offer to refund us they money we had to spend on new bedding, but did not offer any kind of refund on our stay. Very disappointed in the property.

Inaccurate advertising

When you book the room, the advertisement leads you to believe you have a nice oceanview with a 1 bedroom when you actually have a 200' walk down a very long hallway to get to the end room where you enter a studio room in the kitchen with a bathroom (without a working light the entire time we were there) without a sink. The sink is located in the kitchen and within 2 steps you're in the living room where the bed (not a room) is located along with a couch, a chair and a coffee table. 2 steps past the coffee table is the 6' sliding door with where the 6' patio ocean view is waiting that is large enough for 2 tall patio chairs and a small table in the corner. You couldn't put another chair up there because then there was no walking room, Someone had to get up and move for anyone to get off the balcony. When we plugged the coffee pot into the top plug in the kitchen, it didn't work so we plugged it into the bottom where it sparked. We were afraid to try the microwave at that point. The plug by the bed half way up on the right wall didn't work, so the plug on the left wall had to be used for phone chargers, etc. but a light or the tv had to be unplugged before hand since that was the only plug on the wall. An extension cord was run from behind the couch for the light and to allow another open plug to even be used. All in all we had a laugh about everything but please someone fix these things and do a better job of advertising exactly what you have.

We had such a great stay at this little beachside studio! While the condo was a bit dated, it was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. It’s right on the beach, and having access to a private stretch of sand was amazing — quiet, peaceful, and never crowded.We loved how convenient everything was — shops, restaurants, and amenities were just a few minutes away, but it still felt like a tucked-away spot. Gulf Shores was only about a 20-minute drive, so it was easy to enjoy all the fun there and then come back to unwind by the water.The sunsets were amazing, and we spent a lot of time just sitting on the beach soaking it all in. If you’re looking for a laid-back, comfortable place with a beautiful private beach, this is the perfect spot. We’d definitely stay again!

Misleading Descriptions

Falsely advertised a bunk bed but the top bunk said "for storage only" upon arrival and was a bare mattress. Fire alarm was disconnected and off the ceiling, placed on a windowsill. Only 2 blankets in a place saying it sleeps 5--thankfully, our kids brought their blankies. Pullout couch was missing springs and a metal bar fell off when we attempted to use it, so that was unsafe. Host ghosted us. It was awful. I feel swindled. Hot tub was also out of order during our stay, but I recognize that's out of host control--nonetheless it added some insult to injury.

Just ok

The pictures are deceiving, this is one large space with a bed in a nook area and a couch and very small chair. The bunks is a nook between the kitchen and the the living/sleeping space. The kitchen is open the to the whole space the bathroom is in the kitchen and the sink is outside the kitchen. The deck is tiny ok for one maybe two people to sit in the high chairs provided.. the room is on the beach with a nice view but the walk is so very long to get the the elevator to take you down to the pool and beach access. The room it self need a good up date. Furniture very old only one tv and it’s very small maybe a 24 or 26 inch. The dinning table is too large for the space. The owner was very helpful and nice the facilities and amenities, pools, lobby , was very nice worth the price. Over all we had a good time and the price was right.

Just Right

We enjoyed our stay!!! The condo is on the third floor with a great view of the ocean. The balcony is small which was perfect for my husband and I to sit and relax after a long day out with our children. I read some of the other reviews before booking and was nervous about some of the things mentioned, but we didn’t have one problem with anything our whole stay. We have two young sons and a two month old little girl so we spent most of our time at the indoor pool because of the high temperatures. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Perfect Little Place

This was our second time staying here! We love it! It's perfect for our young family of four. If you have older kids might be a little small if yall need privacy as everything (except the toilet and the shower) is one big room. But the property is nice definitely more family oriented area. Host is always quick to get our check-in materials to us. If you love being on the beach and just enjoying a family getaway then this is a perfect little place to stay!

Beautiful views

The location of this condo is awesome. It was nice and quiet. The views from the windows were amazing. The unit was clean and had most things we needed. The mattress on the bed is hard to the point it interfered with our sleep. Also I would recommend adding additional light sources as the two provided lamps provided minimal light at night. Overall though our stay was wonderful.
