The house is located on a quiet street close to all the action. This home features freshly renovated rooms, hardwood floors throughout the home, and a heated saltwater pool for all to enjoy. You will love the prime location this home has to offer all while feeling away from it all to relax during your stay.

Great place a block from the beach!

This place was perfect. Cleanliness was exceptional. Michael takes really great pride of the property. Location was perfect with a heated pool, bicycles, beach chairs and umbrella. A block and a half from the beach. This one is a check for coming back! Thanks Michael and Donna.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was so clean and very family friendly. The beach was just a short walk away and our family really enjoyed the pool after a day at the beach. The owners are wonderful- we truly enjoyed getting to know them and their adorable doggie Gracie. We will definitely be back soon!

Perfect Place...

If you're looking for a spacious, clean space near the beach and with a pool, then this is it! You get the best of both worlds. My family and I would come back here again if we choose Ft. Lauderdale for another visit.

Repeat trip to this house

We enjoyed this house so much several years ago we came back last month. It is cozy and comfortable and throughly enjoyable. The owners , Michael and Donna are great, helpful but not intrusive. We had the grandkids and they totally enjoyed the pool and could also survive the short walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in Deerfield Beach! Couldn’t ask for better hosts. Michael and Donna were very accommodating and friendly. The house was perfect for two couples and was perfectly stocked and clean. Unfortunately the weather was rainy but having the large screened in porch kept us outside. The location was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely go back again!!

Quaint Beach House 2 blocks from the beach

We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was so clean and conveniently located near the shops, restaurants, and beach. We really enjoyed eating dinner in the screened in porch, swimming in the heated pool (Michael made it warmer for us), and starting our day with a bike ride (bicycles provided). The hospitality was unbeatable, Michael and Donna were fantastic hosts. Michael even provided hand weights so we could get a workout in on vacation. The Beds were so comfortable and the towels were brand new!! We will definitely be back!!

Great Ladies Getaway

We had an excellent long weekend in Deerfield Beach. Everything was as advertised- a pristine pool experience at the house and minutes from the beach. We had groceries delivered and mostly stayed in- the house had everything we needed. And the town had just enough shops and restaurants for the few times we ventured out. Donna and Michael were attentive hosts. They are on the same property so we saw them regularly and they went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. We’d definitely return.

Clean and Neat

My wife and three children (12,9,7) visited the house for spring break. The location of the house was perfect. It is located on a very safe and quiet street with a close and pleasant walk to the beach. The house was very clean and extremely well thought through ... it is completely stocked with everything you can think of and more. The kids loved the heated pool after a day at the beach! We will be back !! :)

Incredible location, hosts, and space

We spent five nights here and it was simply fantastic. Two blocks away from the beach (frankly some of the best in the area), walking distance from shops and restaurants, and a short drive to parking. The owners of the property live in a house on the property and they are really wonderful people. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to cook basic things, the knives were sharp, the coffee maker was great, and everything in the house was cared for and really nice. I don’t want to hesitate to mention how comfortable the king size bed was. My kids all had a blast swimming in the pool every day and being able to walk to the beach pretty quickly. The spot is a pretty short drive from Fort Lauderdale airport. The beaches are amazing. Nothing to not like about the spot!

Great Family Getaway!

My family had a great 4 nights at the Beach house. Two mornings before 7 walked to beach with grandsons, age 3 and 5, to watch the sunrise. they were barefoot and in pajamas. By 8am we had donuts or smoothies. Again walking distance. Back at beach house by 9. Heated pool by 10 am 72 degree high temp but with sun shining it was 79 in our protected area. Lunch then out to ocean for sandcastles By 3 the 3 yr old needed a nap as did the 62 year old grandpa. do this 3 days in a row. A long walk on Spanish River Rd, a longwalk on the beach or the boardwalk.

Amazing!!

This house is literally steps to the beach (block and a half), restaurants, ice cream, pier, clothing stores, etc. location can not be beat. The house itself is so clean and maintained beautifully. The owners think of everything. Soap, towels, drinks, kids pool toys and beach toys, literally anything you want. The house was perfect for us, 3 kids and 2 adults. The teen likes having his own room with bathroom away from everyone else! The pool is perfect! The outdoor shower is so convenient! I can not say enough great things about this vacation home. The owner, Is so sweet and accommodating but not at all overbearing! Our only regret…. Not staying longer!!

Perfect Location!

We had such a delightful time at the Deerfield Beach Property. It was my husband, myself, and our 3 children. Everything was within walking distance which was perfect for my 6-year-old. We would walk to the beach and restaurants and then at night my children would swim in the heated pool. The house is smaller, but it was the perfect amount of space. Two of my children shared a bed and my other child had his own bed. One night my son wanted to sleep on the couch instead of share with his brother and it was spacious enough for him. The Owner thought of every little thing to put in this house....from laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc...I would highly recommend this house to anyone! The entire process was so easy from start to finish and the Owner and Property Manager were so accommodating and incredibly nice. 5 Stars!!! Thanks for an amazing stay!
