Come enjoy the warm Caribbean blue waters of Deerfield Beach, a vibrant seaside town. Enjoy a relaxing tranquil breakfast on your private balcony, and minutes later step onto the warm sand and enjoy the ocean breeze. We offer our large 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment. We are located just 1 block off the beach, on the second floor of a quaint and quiet private condo building. We provide all the beach essentials and a beach wagon to pull everything easily.
The space
Spending time in Deerfield Beach is all about resetting and having a perfect getaway from the stresses of your everyday routine. This is an ideal place for an extended stay in a relaxing environment as you work and play.

850 square feet and located on the second floor. The unit is very private and has 1 designated parking spot. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the tools necessary to cook your favorite gourmet meal. You can enjoy a romantic dinner at the dinner table, and after roll onto the couch and enjoy Netflix. The bedrooms are set up as a split floor plan and offer plush king-size beds where you can rest your eyes and sleep well for the next day's adventure.

Start off every morning with a fresh cup of coffee from our provided Kuerigg while you sit out on your private balcony and enjoy the sound of trees swaying with the ocean breeze.

Getting to the Beach: We are just steps to the beach.

Cleanliness: We are committed to providing our guests with the utmost cleanliness during these uncertain times. Besides our stringent routine cleaning procedures, we use the highest classification of disinfectants recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization to treat known pathogens.

The location was great. Besides the beach, we could walk to restaurants and shops and everything else was an easy drive. The condo was clean and well-equipped. Our host made everything easy.

Tom was fantastic to communicate with. I counted the steps myself and it’s definitely 150 or less to the beach. Check in process was easy. The property was super clean and everything was the way it was described it the post. I would highly recommend this place to any small family or couples looking to get away to Deerfield Beach

Great Location

Our stay was very pleasant. The property was clean and comfortable. It’s just moments from putting your toes in the sand. The outdoor patio was a nice spot for morning coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening. The Host stayed in touch during our entire stay. Highly recommend!

This property was a wonderful getaway for adults. Was close to beach and walking distance to eating places. Host was very accessible and answered all questions honestly. We had a terrific time in Deerfield Beach!!

Winter in Deerfield

This is the second year we had a month long stay in the winter at this Deerfield Beach location. The condo was very clean and welcoming and its location is ideal for walking and enjoying the beach. The host is very accessible and helpful. We had a wonderful winter get-a-way here!!

Location, location, location!

Great Location!! Five minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes walk to fantastic restaurants and shops. Ten minutes drive to just about all you will need. Owner provides many amenities. Only drawbacks are are no dishwasher or elevator.

Great Stay Close to a Beautiful Beach

We traveled as a family for the Christmas break, and we were very happy with the high quality of this place. The apartment is located just steps (a 2-minute walk) from the beach, which was not overcrowded even during the busiest time around Christmas. The neighborhood is safe and convenient with three grocery stores, a number of restaurants and bars, as well as a gorgeous boardwalk. The building and the apartment are in excellent condition. We particularly liked the small balcony, two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, two bathrooms, a cute living room, and a very well-equipped kitchen. Everything that we needed for the trip was there, and the beach chairs were especially handy. The host was responsive and helped us with all of our questions. We travel a lot, and we have stayed in a number of rental places, and this VRBO is one of our favorites. We strongly recommend this place.

Perfect Condo

The condo is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. It was clean, had parking access, and had a cute little coffee bar (and I don’t even drink coffee). The laundry is right outside the door. We could have used a couple more washcloths, but I feel that if I asked we would have been accommodated. We were only there for a couple nights and made it work. The only negative I can give this facility is that it does not have a pool. Keep that in mind when booking. We also loved the Deerfield Beach area of restaurants and public beach. We had never been to this area before and were very impressed. It’s not too commercialized but offered plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again.

Smoking property

although this property was listed as non smoking- whoever owns the property was a VERY heavy smoker. We walked in and the smoke smell was overpowering. I am a non smoker and it was too much. You can tell someone had smoked for YEARS as you couldnt get rid of the smell. If we had known would have picked another location.

We are not smokers nor have we ever been. There is unequivocally no smoking going on in our property or any signs that anyone has. I am perplexed by your review. Maybe you are mixing up the places you stayed in?

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Deerfield is a place that brings very fond memories and continues to bring new ones today. As a child, Deerfield was our family beach and we spent almost every Sunday playing in the sand and water. We would end the evening with Bob's Pizza on the Beach while the sun would set to our backs. Now we venture here during our bike rides and love to hang for a great meal.
