The swim spa is amazing! The backyard was wonderful to hang out in both during the day and at night. The house was in a nice quiet development and had everything we needed. It was comfortable, clean and a fantastic place to stay while in Clearwater.

I can't pick just one thing that stood out! I will start with our hosts. Fabulous communicating and have everything spelled out within the house. It was so cozy. The location was close to all we had to do. We plan to return next time we go to Clearwater.

We loved our stay at this home. Centrally located with everything we needed near by. Everything in the house is labeled so we were able to easily find everything we needed. Nick was very responsive to any questions we had. The pool was a nice way to end our busy days. It was great that our pet was welcomed as well. We visit our family in this area frequently and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time staying at Nick and Sara's property. The home was well care for and clean. The host was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hot tub pool clean and relaxing and gave us a place to relax at the end of each day. I would highly recommend this location for anyone with a family as there was plenty of room for everyone. The beaches are just a few minutes away and this home is located just a few moments away from shopping centers and grocery stores.

Beautiful stay in Largo/Clearwater

Our stay in Nick and Sara’s place was top notch all the way. Quiet neighborhood, pristine home with all the amenities, comfortable beds, soothing swim spa, and convenient to Clearwater Beach and nearby shopping and restaurants. Smart TVs in all rooms. Just lovely!!!

our stay was amazing, - only down fall was if you have a small doggo the fence is a little high off the ground, so she could easily get out! Otherwise the house was amazingHost’s respond extremely quickly and are so nice!

Our stay at this Clearwater, Florida home was nothing short of perfection. The house was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and decorated beautifully, making it feel both comfortable and inviting. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—items were clearly labeled, amenities were easy to find, and everything we could possibly need was provided- even a beach umbrella and beach chairs in perfect condition! There was even a helpful booklet full of information about the area, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, and the spa pool in the backyard was the best touch to the yard. Nick and Sara were incredible hosts—always quick to respond to any question and readily available if we needed anything. All information for check in and check out was listed out for us- check in was so easy - access to the house was made convenient and private. We were lucky enough to meet and chat with Nick in person, which made the experience even more personal and special. It was truly a wonderful stay, and we can’t wait to come back!
