Bedroom Two aka The Coral Room: The cozy bedroom is perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. It features a comfortable full-size bed and is adorned with two functional nightstands for your convenience. The room also offers a large closet with hangers and luggage rack to keep your belongings organized. To ensure comfort, a ceiling fan provides a gentle breeze throughout the space. 🪸

Bedroom Three aka The Palm Room: The bedroom is a charming space with versatile sleeping options, including bunkbeds, a full bed, and a twin bed. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.

No loud music or parties are allowed due to the neighborhood curfew from 10 PM to 7 AM. If you're outside after 10 PM, kindly keep the noise level low. Remember, while you may be on vacation, your next-door neighbor might have work the following day. ✨

Getting Around:
- The majority of guests typically utilize vehicles or Uber for local transportation.
- Three designated driveway parking spaces are at your disposal throughout your stay.
- Indian Rocks Beach & Indian Shores offer abundant free public parking.
- Clearwater Beach provides extensive parking facilities, including parking garages.

Other Things to Note:
- ‼️TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays. 🌀

- You don't have to stress about packing or renting beach gear! We provide beach towels, six chairs, a large cooler, a beach wagon, and an umbrella. Additionally, beach toys are available for the little ones to have fun! ⛱

- There are outlet covers, two pack-and-plays, and a highchair for travelers with young children. If you're flying into TPA, please look into Our Little Suitcase if you’d like to rent additional baby equipment. 🚼

- The washing machine and dryer are in the garage, discreetly tucked away. Rest assured that your laundry detergent needs are being taken care of. 🫧

- ❄️ AC INFO: When using the air conditioning between May and August, kindly avoid setting it below 75°F from noon to 8 PM, and remember to adjust it to 78°F when leaving the property. This practice allows the AC to defrost and operate more effectively in the evening.

- Swimming and pool usage carries inherent risks, and by using the pool, you waive any liability. Following the pool rules outlined in our "Welcome" binder ensures everyone's safety. Children must always be supervised when outside. 💦

Swimming Pool Liability Waiver & Disclaimer:

By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use of the swimming pool:

Assumption of Risk: Guests understand and acknowledge that the use of the swimming pool involves inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, slipping, falling, and other potential hazards. By choosing to use the pool, all guests voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.

No Lifeguard on Duty: This property does not provide a lifeguard. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of all individuals in their party, including children and non-swimmers. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when in or near the pool.

Homeowner Liability Release: The homeowner, property owner, Airbnb host, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any injuries, deaths, accidents, property damage, or other incidents that occur in or around the swimming pool, regardless of cause, including but not limited to negligence, natural conditions, or acts of third parties.

Guest Responsibility: Guests agree to use the pool responsibly and in accordance with all safety guidelines. No running, diving, or rough play is permitted in or around the pool area. The use of alcohol, glass containers, or other hazardous materials in or near the pool is strictly prohibited.

Indemnification: By booking and staying at this property, guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the homeowner, property owner, host, and any associated entities from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising out of or related to the use of the swimming pool.
