You will receive access code to the smartlock two days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. Locked cabinets are for housekeeping/owners access only. Free parking is available in the driveway. Garage items located in the shelf, fridge and fishing rods are not available - those are for owners use only. Car in the garage should not be accessed.

• Please, provide the exact number of guests so we will make sure the house is ready to accommodate your group and will have all the amenities needed.
• You will need to fill a pre check-in form (that is a requirement so you can access the property). If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
• Failure to comply with our house rules rules can lead to additional charges and a negative review that can affect your reputation with other hosts.
