Although tiny, it offers a spacious and private detached house with everything you’ll need for your short or long term stay.

Located in the young and trendy neighbourhood of Ford City in Windsor, you can visit all the local shops and restaurants along with access to major shops, transit, and the waterfront

Our tiny home welcomes guests into a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom detached house with a sofa couch in the living room, beautiful full kitchen, TV, internet, and a washing machine.

Tiny home located in the rear of 1227 Drouillard road. Walk along the side the home to access.

Please note that we do not have parking available on site but there is street parking in front of the unit.

We do have a neighbor that leaves their garbage outside of their unit, we have requested multiple times to have it removed but they have not and it is not our responsibility.

Please note that our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival. We do allow pets at $75 per pet, per stay.

Profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Deposits may be required.
1. All guests must be disclosed.
2. Deposits may be required for guests, up to $500.
3. Do not make excessive noise or listen to loud music.
4. No usage of illegal substances.
5. Please do not re-arrange the furniture.
6. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out is $20.00/hr.
7. Guests agree to pay for damages exceeding deposit.
8. Pets are allowed at $75 per pet per stay, but may be restricted based on age, sexe, breed and if they are fixed. We reserve the right to refuse any pets.
9. Garbage goes in garbage cans, cardboard in black box and plastic recycling in blue bin.
10. Guests must disclose the reason for their stay and how many people will be with them.

If any house rules are broken, there may be a charge of up to $500.
