PRIVATE POOL AND OUTDOOR FUN
The private pool features a large shallow lounging shelf and depths up to 7.5 feet. It is climate-controlled in the summer and can be heated in cooler months. The pool also includes an electric safety cover for added peace of mind. Beach towels and life jackets are provided, along with an outdoor bathroom and shower.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
The outdoor space is where this home truly shines—featuring a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with stove, commercial sink, and refrigerator. Multiple seating areas, a TV with Sonos sound system, firepit, and gas and charcoal grill make it perfect for gathering. The large yard sits on nearly an acre of waterfront property, offering plenty of space for frisbee golf, washers, Connect Four, croquet, basketball, tetherball, and room for kids and groups to spread out and enjoy the outdoors.

LAKE ACTIVITIES

While boats can no longer access the home directly due to the Flood of 2018, guests have access to a nearby homeowners park and boat dock and launch just under 3 miles away, making it easy to get on the water and fully enjoy lake life during your stay.
