Your stay features a beautifully decorated two-story home, four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a huge backyard with patio. It is fully furnished and includes all amenities, so you and your group feel right at home!

As you enter, you are greeted by the long foyer that branches out to a powder room and a stairway leading to the upstairs rooms. At the end of the foyer is the dining room, family room, and a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee station and wine cooler.

The open concept living and dining area gives an inviting and comfortable feel, making it perfect for playing games, watching the 75" TV or relaxing over the weekend!

Upstairs you’ll find a hallway leading to the secondary bathroom, the utility room, and 4 gorgeous sunlit bedrooms. The secondary bathroom is complete with a double sink, a linen nook, and enclosed tub/shower combo and toilet.

The spacious primary bedroom features a private bathroom with double sink, linen nook, standing shower, and a separate toilet room. There is also a 65” TV for your entertainment. The bathroom opens to a huge walk-in closet.

There's also a utility room with washer, dryer and storage space.

The extended back patio is equipped with overhead lights and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy after a busy day playing cornhole, giant jenga or giant connect four in the comfort of your backyard!

Home away from home

The place was in a relatively new development, extremely nice neighborhood. It was quiet for the most part and in a gated community. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, the living area was comfortable and cozy. The house had more than enough room for a family of 4 and everything was in near brand new condition. We had a great time in Houston and enjoyed our stay in this house. A

Girl's Trip

This home made our girl's trip one of the best! Me and some of my closest friends do an annual girl's trip and decided on a home instead of a hotel this year. When I tell you it was absolutely the best decision! This home is brand new and looks exactly like it's description (pictures) in the listing. The home was easy to find. It's location was perfect for our destinations for the weekend (NRG). There were cleaning supplies, kitchen was full of appliances, including an air fryer. There were even snacks! The coffee bar was a hit for us ladies, because we love coffee. The wine frig was also a plus , because in the evenings we sat out on the lovely patio with a glass of chilled wine catching up on life. All bedrooms were beautiful with a home feel. There were extra fuzzy throw blankets just in case you're cold natured in each bedroom. We slept like queens, as the beds were very comfortable (memory foam). Bathrooms were perfect! I'm very conscious of cleanliness. Everything was organized and clean. There was enough parking for our four cars. We also felt safe as the home is in a gated community with functioning gates. The host was friendly and checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning for another stay and highly recommend others to go enjoy and make some memorable moments in this beautiful home! It won't disappoint!
