Throw all trash outside in the trash bins. No trash left in the yard. Friday is trash day, so put bin by the road and make sure no cars are blocking.

Awesome stay!! The photos did not do this home justice. It was perfect for our family. The host was very accommodating. Home was furnished well and filled with everything needed and then some for our stay. Would highly recommend.

Great value!

Tasha is a great host and was extremely responsive throughout the process. The house is spacious and was at really great spot for what we were looking for. The house provides great value with 4 bedrooms and large backyard. The only downside was that some of the furniture was pretty old and a little dusty. Overall, a great bargain selection for the entire family.

Great Home and Host

The home was beautiful. The hostess was attentive to our needs. The neighborhood was excellent. The home does need some minor updates (beds were patched together and uncomfortable) and the cleaning crew needs to pay more attention(stove was dirty and smoked, there were dirty clothes in some of the draws.) I would stay with this host again tho. Thank you for having us.

Very spacious and roomy but cluttered

Communication was amazing with the owner and they were very accommodating. Space was disorganized and cluttered (i.e. kitchen cabinets) but we were hardly there so it worked in our favor.

Large home but needs a lot of updating.

I booked this for our work group of 8 people for 5 days. It was close to NRG stadium where we were working. The furniture could use some updating, none of the dresser drawers would stay shut, and others were so hard to enough get open. Drawers had all kind of stuff in them. Condoms in two rooms. Glad with didn’t have kids with us. Stand up mirror in one bedroom, the leg was broke and fell hitting one of us. The master bedroom had no lamps and was very dark, we had to open blinds to even see. The shower in master bath was AWFUL! Nothing we did made the sprayer work right. It sprayed everywhere, getting floor and rug all wet. If you turn it down it was a fine mist. We travel a lot and it was one of the worst ever used, It should have been replaced a long time ago. Really Bad! I didn’t realize in a house this size that there was No washer and dryer, which they didn’t list one, but it did list towels, and we were staying 5 days. There was very few towels or wash clothes. No hand towel in half bath. We had to go to Walmart and buy towels because there wasn’t enough and no way to wash them. It did list paper towels, there was none or napkins, had to go buy too. There wasn’t any dish towels in kitchen either, so paper towels were needed. The up bath had whole wall with different colors of paint.Weird looking, like someone tried to touch up with wrong color of paint. House stated no smoking, which was fine but back porch had full pack of cigarettes and two lighters sitting on table.

Beautiful Comfortable Cosy Dwelling

This place was wonderful. Houston was under an extreme drought/heat dome/heat warning at the time of our stay and I would have never known. This house was nice and comfortable 100% of the time. The sheets were so soft and perfect. There were lots of pillows which felt luxurios. We did not want to leave. Upon our exit, I discovered there was a HUGE backyard for playing had it not been so hot. The home is in a nice, quiet, tucked away spot with easy access to the main streets. The only regret is that we could not stay another week. Thx for the hospitality!!

Saved my weekend

After having my Airbnb cancelled by the owner last minute, I was scrambling to find a place close to my daughters softball tournament. This place was within 15 minutes of Imperial Park and the Sportsplex and was perfect for our family. SO much room in the entire house, plenty of cookware for me to cook meals, the fridge is huge, and the backyard was amazing. Natasha was quick to answer questions I had and flexible with my arrival and departure. Thank you so much for saving my weekend!

Quick Trip

House was nice. Beds were comfortable, and house is well kept. Property is a little dated but still decent. We needed access to the washer, but it took the owner a day to respond that it was not available to short term rentals. Listing advertised a Keurig for coffee, but only a conventional coffee maker was available. We felt rushed to check out because the cleaning lady was parked outside the property waiting for us to get out.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

This beautiful gem was perfect for our family gathering. Nearby Buckee's, Kroger Grocery store, and Walmart made the weekend sweet. The neighborhood was nice and quite with attractive Saga palms, Crepe Myrtles, and Saint Augustine grass abounding. The home itself did not disappoint, and the photos did not do it justice. There was plenty of space and awesome amenities. The art and acent pieces added a charming quality. The covered back patio was large and the yard was expansive. Kudos to the owners. Loved it. 💕💚

The house was overall nice.

The house overall was nice. Their were a few things that i wish i would have been informed about before i arrived. Like the fridge was partially broken, which emitted a very bad fragrance. The trash cans were full of wood that i refused to move. It was so heavy. I had to discard my trash in other ways to get the house back to its original condition. Also the one towel per bedroom was mighty confusing. Seeing as though they knew i booked for 9 adults & 2 kids. I changed the reservation at the last min basically to inform them that i had switched out the 2 kids for one adult. They changed me $10 dollars... but for what though? Nothing changed but the amount of adults. But other then those three things. The house was nice for the most part clean & in a nice neighborhood.

I booked this house based on several items in the description. The listing says tvs in the bedrooms have Netflix. That wasn't tru. All of them had antennas with local channels. The television in the master bedroom wouldn't play at all. One of the main reasons I chose this property was because it offered a jetted tub. Well it didn't work. The furniture in the second floor sitting area was disgusting. It's old, smelly, stained and tattered. We refused to use it. We had to have all of our meals at the kitchen island because the dining room chairs were dirty and stained as well. The host neglected to mention that there's an RV parked in the backyard. It made me feel like I was being spied on. The home was not cleaned very well. It looked like someone wiped down and tried to cover the stale mildew odor with plug ins. The beds in 2 of the bedrooms need to be replaced. Both of then sink in the middle. I was charged a cleaning fee and had to clean the house at check in and checkout. I've been renting vacation homes for a while now and have never been told to wash the dishes and put them away. Most properties simply say start the dishwasher. I came into the kitchen late Friday night and there were roaches crawling on the counter. This property needs a lot of work. The cabinets need to be painted and the house needs a serious deep cleaning. We're in the middle of a pandemic so a house that is half cleaned is unacceptable. I wish I had payed more attention to previous reviews. I would never have stayed here. I spent most of my vacation cleaning an old dirty house.

Weekend Visit to Houston for Friend’s Birthday

Overall, the property met our basic needs while in Houston. It was very spacious, the neighborhood was nice we found everything we needed in the house. Also, the house has great hot water and air conditioning. However, all of my guests were not pleased with the property. It did not meet their expectations. Here’s the feedback I gathered: 1. One of the wood panels on the back patio deck collapsed, causing my friend to fall. His foot fell through the deck and he twisted his ankle. After our stay, I reported to the owner that there were other weak spots of wood on the deck, so I could see that happening to someone else in the future. I recommended having it repaired. 2. The house had a very strong food odor. It was as if someone was there right before we arrived cooking, or removing food that may have been sitting in the trash for a while. 3. The lights in the upstairs bathroom needs to be replaced. There was only one light bulb working. Also, the window panel in the upstairs bathroom is cracked, peeling and looks old. 4. The upstairs couch is stained and uncomfortable. Needs to be cleaned and/or replaced. 5. Some of the beds aren’t as sturdy. My guests said one of the beds was uncomfortable and they were afraid it would collapse. 6. The house really needs to be painted. It would definitely bring some new life into the space and give it a fresh look. 7. The house was not cleaned properly; only surface level. It looks very lived in - as if people stay there and just moved out for the weekend to rent out the property. The feedback provided isn’t meant to be disrespectful or hurtful. It’s a combination of observations from our stay, intended to be helpful and maybe increase the rental value of the property for future stays if addressed. The property definitely has potential to be a 5-star rating, but not in its current state. Hope this helps.
