Very beautiful family- and couple friendly sunny holiday apartment in Torremolinos centre. The apartment is 115m2 including 38m2 sunny terrace with fantastic sea and garden views. Beach and city are both within walking distance (using steps or walking downhill to sea level). The area in the city centre near the apartment has great choice of lovely dining places and bars/cafes. The famous pedestrianised San Miguel shopping street and city centre, including train station is 5 minutes walk away (slight uphill walk from centre).

There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), living room, kitchen and the big all day sunny terrace.

The beautifully maintained and green garden has two pools, one for adults (good for swimming) and one for children.

Kitchen includes everything what travellers needs to feel like home. Bedrooms have clean sheets and pillows with plenty of towels for your stay.

38m2 balcony is sunny from morning to evening, all day and year long. It has sun beds, and a big dining table. One parking space in the garage included..

The Costa del Sol and the area provides plenty of opportunities for sports and activities, for example: golf, waters ports, bicycling, hiking, gym.

You will be met by the owner's representative for check-in and guidance.

Everything was ideal!

Our stay was so enjoyable. From the ease of check in, to the clean, well equiped condo, to the super incredible view with a gentle breeze. The snorkeling was so much fun at the state park literally a stones throw away. We will be back!

Family friendly option in Hilo

Nice apartment with great view of the ocean. All necessary items provided to enjoy the neighboring Carlsmith Beach Park. We saw sea turtles at the park. My kids enjoyed watching the cats around the property. A little confusing as to who to communicate with when we did not have extra toilet paper as there were multiple phone numbers provided for contacts of manager/owner. Overall a good option for our family.

A very nice clean condo looking out on the ocean. Highlight was swimming with the wild sea turtles in the tidal ponds and whale watching from the lanai, truly amazing!

Great place to stay!

Easy to access and a beautiful view. We stayed for three days and had a great time. The lagoon is great for a quick swim or to stay all day and there are some good restaurants in the area. I text Randall for some restaurant recommendations and he was quick to respond and had some great recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful ocean view

Great location, the view of the ocean and lagoon where there are huge sea turtles was the best. It is across the street from a restaurant that has great food. We were here for a week and felt very comfortable. The check-in and check-out was easy. Would stay here again.

Great holiday apartment

A lovely Hawaiian atmosphere in this very comfortable apartment. View was fabulous and we saw turtles every day in the lagoon. Position out of town was no problem for us as we had a car. Would stay again.

Hawaii Condo

Plenty of space, lanai with a nice view. Next to a nice beach park. Convenient - short drive into town. No A/C, but didn't miss it due to a nice breeze coming from the ocean.

Beautiful views and convenient location off of Carlsmith beach. You can hear the ocean waves and birds chirping. The condo is cozy and casual. The Seaside restaurant across the street was convenient and enjoyable.

Perfect on every way

Our stay was amazing. Randall is an excellent host. The amenities were everything that anyone could want. The views were 2nd to none and falling asleep each night hearing the crash of the waves was exactly what the doctor ordered.

Nice and Cozy!!!

Views are awesome, 3 public beach/lagoons close by. Saw turtles at each one, Richardson Beach has coral and beautiful fish great for snorkling and black sand. The room was very cozy like being at home. If you want to get away from the common tourist this is the place!!!
