The property was very nice and clean. It was well maintained. The water temperature and water pressure was the biggest disappointment. It took a long time for the water to warm up. It never really got hot. The water pressure was very low as well. Plan on going to the laundromat to wash towels and wash clothes or bring extra with you. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was a nice bonus.
No hot water. 100 late charge for leaving half hr late.
One bathroom. It'll take literally 5mins of water running to heat up... to warm...ish.My family just lived in cold water for most of 7 days. And the utility closet behind it is locked. So the very enemic, electric, tankless heater (I presume, being a gasman who knows his trade) is there. aka the worst. Not paradise, especially after a pool dip. I auggest the owner buy a proper heater and set it at a proper temp and not be stingy.Essentially lukewarm showers. Also ur in the quiet part of the barrio, heavy barrio, good or not, you decide. Also they requested 100 because I was there until 11:35ish instead of the checkout of 11AM. After staying 7 days. On account of us scrambling around to find a wallet a child hid in a drawer (which we needed to get on a plane, but that's a personal problem)No excuse, we checked out late, fine us, ok.But 100?For 30-35mins?Rlly? I'm insulted. It's offensive.3 beds were all decent. Pool was fine. Went here with bro, dad, and my minor daughter. The ol garage is blocked off. Multiple inside Windows darkened. It has its own gates. Surely for the owners cleanup stuff. But the kind of thing that made me feel not safe with my daughter sleeping on the couch, she had to sleep in a locked room, it's creepy.
