The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first level along with other sleeping options. Upstairs, you will find an en suite bedroom with a king bed as well as a separate sleeping area with a bunk bed, and a full bathroom. There is room for everyone here, plus, the game room features Ping pong, a dart board, and board games and extra space for entertainment.

Plan to immerse yourself in nature while relaxing in the garden, hot tub, or deck. Head down to the private beach with a freshwater creek that feeds into it and take advantage of the opportunity to gather oysters and clams from your own tidelands, as clam and oyster digging is allowed without additional permitting. Water toys such as kayaks, peddle boats, and corresponding life jackets are provided for your enjoyment. There is also an EV charger for guest use.

Please note that the beach is not sandy, and the shells can be sharp, so proper footwear is recommended.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
