The Three Seaview Suites - Whole house Rental

Welcome to the Seaview house. This premium new construction home built in 2018 features towering ceilings and offers some optional privacy between guests as the house has three unique suites all with their own living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The front of the home is off-set from the ocean and is semi-water front, with all three living rooms capturing a view of the ocean, as well as the kitchen and one bedroom featuring ocean views. The decor is beach casual and relaxed but elegant.

THE SPACE

Exterior: Featuring deck space on the front patio spanning the entirety of the home, enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean. The home sits at 364 N Pebble Beach Dr, 150 feet behind Pebble Beach Dr., the road in Crescent City that runs nestled up to the fabulous coast line.

Inside: Great gathering for business, retreats or family gatherings. Open the doors for common access, but still allows for privacy in each suite as desired. The larger middle suite named the "Agate" Suite features a washer and dryer and full kitchen. The other two "Pebble" and "Fern" Suites feature mini kitchens. Each has a private bathroom and private bedroom.

Parking: All parking is off street and convenient.

Comfort: We have air conditioning in the house from mini splits so you can have a custom temperature in each suite.

Entertainment: Each suite features its own television. High speed wireless internet is available throughout. We provide access to Disney Plus, HBO Go/Max, Paramount Plus, Amazon Prime, NFL Premium Red Zone, Netflix, and Hulu.

Treats: Coffee and creamer is provided for all reservations. For VIP bookings exceeding a base rate of $300/day (before taxes and platform service fees), you will receive one free bottle of wine for each day of your stay. For reservations with a base rate of less than $300/day, you will receive one free bottle of wine for your stay. You can opt out of this after you book if you want to decline.
