Completely remodel 2 story 1890 home with fantastic ocean and light house views. Up stairs is two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and TV with internet services. Two bathrooms upstairs. One with tub, one with shower. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances . Living room has 65" TV with internet services, couch, love seat, two swivel rockers. Panoramic ocean view from inside house or off large deck. Sit and watch the whales (seasonal). Or the winter storm waves crash over the rocks of light house. Downstairs has one bedroom with twin beds, ocean view, laundry facilities, playroom and half bathroom. BBQer on site. Access to the beach with a spiral staircase just 100 feet out the front door. This home has stairs to entrance and exits. Not wheelchair friendly! No pets or service/ companion animals or smoking on the property. No exceptions! This Seaside retreat was exactly that. The view was amazing, listening to the ocean waves at night while going off to sleep or sitting out on the deck watching the sunset was our favorite part. This house was a perfect size, had all the amenities we needed. We love the location and the property thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!!

Fantastic! Can't say enough good things about this home. Location and views are fabulous! Owners were great to communicate with. The home is so comfortable and very nice furnished and truly felt like home. We've stayed in over 50 vrbo rentals, and this was one of the nicest ones we'd ever been to. Walking up to the lighthouse at low tide was amazing & being able to walk right across the quiet street & get on the beach was such a delight. I can't imagine that there would be any better place to stay in the area!

The house was awesome!! This house doesn't feel like a VRBO/rental. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house. Open floor plan that focuses on looking out into the ocean and lighthouse. The house was spotless and was perfect for a family of 4. We communicated with the hosts before we arrived and used some of the recommendations they had for us. They also surprised us with a happy birthday sign, balloon and cupcake for one of us. Sea Quake Brewing was also a great spot right down the street!!

The most amazing stay yet!!! Such a perfect house, comfortable beds, one side of the deck has absolutely no wind on windy day…I cannot say enough about this home! Just do it!

Book this wonderful, updated, well maintained property if staying in Crescent City!!! Great location to access multiple Redwood Parks. Jedediah was the closest and provided our favorite hike which was Stout Grove and the stunning Smith River. We traveled less than an hour to beautiful coastal Oregon sights. Arch Rock and the many stop offs in the area were amazing. Coming from the east coast we flew into Medford, Oregon and had a 2 1/2 hour drive to settle in and enjoy this oceanfront home that felt like home away from home. You can see and hear the ocean, as well as access the shoreline just steps away. We saw starfish at low tide, a full size red rock crab and variety of birds. The Battery Point Lighthouse house was a short walk and interesting to explore at low tide. (And within view from the home!) To see its light shine around at night and listen to the harbor horns gave the full experience. Groceries, coffee shops and restaurants just minutes away. This was the CLEANEST vrbo we have ever stayed in. It was loaded with everything you could need with many, many bonuses and upgrades. WOW! We felt so comfortable. The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. Host was excellent through the whole entire process from booking to saying goodbye. Five stars - our family THANKS YOU so much for sharing this property for our first time on the west coast!!

The kitchen had everything we could ever think of needing. The view was spectacular even given the Christmas Day storm. The beds were comfortable, so much room in the house overall. Enjoyed the beach. A fantastic stay we would like to repeat!

The pictures did not due the home justice. It was an amazing place to share with our family from North Carolina. Viewing the famed lighthouse from the living room window was a pleasant surprise Owner communication was swift. We hope to stay here again for a future family gathering.

Beautiful home and location. Fully stocked kitchen, even charging stations for your phones. They have thought of everything to make your stay great. Just wish we had more time to stay.

Great views, updated and clean house

We had a great time at this property. Good location within Crescent City, easy access to the redwoods. Woke up to see otters and seals in the ocean with close coastal access. Great view of the lighthouse.

We ( my husband , myself with Mother and father n law) bought the property late in Sept of 2018. The four of us have flipped a few houses together in the past. This was a big undertaking for us. Mark was still working and so was Jim. Louise and I are both retired. Mark has since retired in January of 2020 and we opened the house up as Vacation Rental in July of 2020. Jim still is working as a realtor

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

As they say, location, location, location, this house had all three. They only thing keeping us from moving in was we would all four be living there together and Its not big enough for us all.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We are located in a very quite neighborhood with access to the beach very close. Unobstructed panoramic views. The house was build up so this gives height to looking out over us and the ocean bluff.
