Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. The home was professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. We have photographic evidence confirming it was properly cleaned and stocked with the appropriate number of towels and essential supplies. We also note the home was left in an unusually untidy condition at checkout. The patio bench issue had never been reported by previous guests, and we had no prior knowledge. Once notified, we arranged repairs promptly and ordered a replacement set, but it unfortunately did not arrive during your stay. Some concerns, such as the community sprinkler system, neighboring guests, and noise, are outside our control and are managed by the HOA and local county noise ordinances. We also appreciate you acknowledging that your grandson accidentally damaged one of the pool enclosure screens. During your stay, you requested a 50% refund. While we always work to resolve legitimate concerns, we did not believe the issues—many of which were either addressed promptly or beyond our control—justified a refund of that size. We’re pleased your family enjoyed the water park and the home’s convenient location near Disney. We remain committed to maintaining the property to a high standard and providing every guest with a positive experience.

Yes, sometimes during peak season it will get a bit backed up at the gate as would any high demand resort where security is a priority. In light of this we ask guest to provide their information well in advance so that we can register their detail at security and issue code by text or email to allow for a faster processing.
