Un domaine vraiment magique!

Il offre tout ce que vous pouvez souhaiter dans une location de vacances: La salle familiale dispose d'un centre de divertissement à domicile avec une télévision de 40 ', Playstation, accès Internet sans fil. Chaque chambre dispose également d'une télévision. La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes et 2 bébés.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée, toute la vaisselle et les couverts pour accueillir 14 personnes. A côté de la cuisine se trouve la salle à manger qui donne sur la piscine et le jacuzzi. Il y a une buanderie séparée avec machine à laver et sèche-linge, fer et planche à repasser. La maison est située au bord d'un étang, perchée sur une réserve naturelle.

Le soir, vous pouvez entendre et voir certains des feux d'artifice d'Epcot et du Magic Kingdom. Ils ont lieu à 19h et à 21h. Imaginez-vous en sirotant une gorgée au bord de la piscine (ou même dans le jacuzzi) et en regardant le spectacle!

Very relaxing experience

Beautiful home. Wonderful location for Universal and Disney. Owner and property manager both excellent communicators answered questions promptly. Kids already asking when we can go back to the “Florida house.” Pool area very nice. Had a Walmart and Amazon delivery while there both flawless. Minor ehhs were the WiFi signal was weak and some of the roku attachments to the TV’s may not be functional due to previous tenants. Garage game room also needs a revamping. If anything those things brought the kids and us closer during our trip. Will strongly consider future reservations to this property in the future.

Once again, the house was filthy, dirty was older than was depicted on line. There were bugs in the house broke appliances. It was horrible.

At least we had a roof over our head

This house was run down, wall paper peeling, window blinds were broken, floor was heaved, beds old and uncomfortable. Had to ask property manager for working coffee pot and toaster. The showers felt like pins and needles were hitting you. Charged for heated pool and hot tub but they were never warm enough to use. Do not recommend this property at all.

House is filthy we had to buy a broom and mop because the one that was there was broken, all the rug in the room was disgusting stain everywhere old furniture house need to be painted stove only one pallet worked, refrigerator didn’t keep our drinks cold so we had to buy a cooler to keep our drinks cold. Game room pool table broken. The pool was green. so I reach out to the owner he answered me for I few questions but once I ask him for a refund he stopped responding to me. Contact the property manager nothing was really done. We even sent him a picture that my dad fell through one of the pool chairs and all he said was oh the furniture is getting old. This is not a place to stay.If I can post pictures I would ,but hands down house is not be maintained at all there were stains on a towel, stains on the sheets, roaches and ants in the house tv didn’t work and the list go on.

We absolutely loved it!

We all absolutely loved it! It was too big for us but we loved all the space and proximity to the parks. We were able to sit in hot tub watch fireworks at night while sipping wine. This is my fifth visit to Disney did not get this in previous places I booked. We do not use internet much or stay indoors while we are in Disney since there is so much to do out there… but internet connection was fine when kids needed to play games the day we stayed indoors due to the storm. We used kitchen for breakfast most of the time and occasionally for fixing quick late dinners at night. I had everything I need to be able to fix meals. The toaster went bad I was able to go to close by Walmart to get a new one. Oh well. Other than this toaster burnout, I had no problems. The place is close by to so many restaurants and take-out places. We were able to pick up variety cultural foods we are not able to get home. The close by Indian food take-out became my favorite place. Shopping for groceries and items that you may have forgotten to pack is less than a mile away! The area is very quiet and very nicely landscaped & secure. The property management company was very helpful and accommodating!

Thankful to have a place to stay, but was not what I was expecting.

Half of the stove was unworkable read or an 80s or work for a minute and then start the refrigerator would not keep nothing cold the front bathroom the toilet was leaking we had to cut the water off the pool had a leak we had to run water in it every day, to keep it above the Jets real The grill was unusable it was rusted to the point that you could not use it on the pool table was in horrible shape. It was about to fall apart. We had three washcloths for a party of 14. We ended up having to go buy towels and wash clause because there was not enough , we didn’t have enough toilet paper. We ended up having to buy toilet paper paper towels. It was not equipped for 14 people like it stated there was no remote in one of the rooms no batteries for the remotes and there was one microwave. The big microwave was non-functionable From the sink, link, leaked or the Fossett should I say late in the kitchen. The couch bed was tore all the pieces I mean the bottom part was literally just fell through the blinds in the front room where all the pieces a lot of the blinds were all the pieces nothing like the pictures posted online. That was just saying for that. We were all there with my family at Christmas and we did have a good time. Yeah

Very Disappointed

This is unfortunately the worst review I have ever left for a rental home and we have stayed in more than a dozen. I wish this review could be better. There are just too many maintenance items required on this home to list. I was very disappointed for the price paid. We have paid much less for better. All of the appliances need updating. Towels and sheets need replacing. The mattresses cause pain after a week of sleeping on them. The internet is absolutely horrible. Leave your devices at home as the Wi-Fi is extremely slow and drops constantly. The TV package is atrocious. No cable; antenna only. At the very minimum one should expect to have the Disney channel for the kids and CNN/Fox for the adults. Black mold in one of the twin bedroom closets. Makes one wonder what else has been painted over. Tiling in need of repair; in some areas they feel like they will break underfoot as they are cracked and shifted, with no adhesive underneath or grout. Entire home is in need of a deep clean; cobwebs and thick dust on ceiling fans, bugs in light fixtures etc. I could go on. When I noted these items I was made to feel like I was in the wrong and everything was fine. This is the first time I was made to feel this way. The property manager seems to have the wrong attitude for this type of business. We asked for a replacement on the pool skimmer as it had many tears in it, which they did finally do, a day later than promised, but the response was that "chlorine does this". Yes, it does, but it then needs to be replaced. It shouldn't take for a guest to say something first. I held off with my review as upon leaving I sent a message to the owner and property manager detailing where we had left off with things and received no response. We left the home cleaner than when we had arrived. I would unfortunately not stay again and would not recommend....sorry.

Aide avec les problèmes de la propriété

Nous avon eu recu le code de la maison seulement 30 minutes avant botre arriver apres avoir passer 2h00 au telephone avec votre centre vrbo poie me dire que de votre part rien de pourrais etre fait appart nous louer une chambre dhotel pour un soir et attendre au lendemain si le proprietaire nous aurais repondu .. je trouve impassable davoir fait 30 heures de routes en auto ppir me faire dire on peu rien faire dautre le proprietaire seulement peu faire qqchose humm jai louer avec vrbo et non avec le proprietaire vois devriez avoir plus de responsabilite face au maison que vous afficher.. finalement arriver a la maison cetait pas propre du tout les lits pas laver nous avons trouver meme une suce de bebe dans un des lits, des couveture et drap tache du faire du lavage et courir au magasin a notre arriver pour nettoyer afin de pouvoir dormir . Les tapis etait vraiment degeulasse, des store brize dont nn dans une chambre et un dans une salle de bain vraiment pas prive .. les bouche daeration etait poussierreuse pas tres sains. La psicine ni le spa na fonctionner dursnt les 2 semaines et nous acons payer 210us pour ca jespere etre rembourser. Et avec tout sa et presque que 5h00 de temsp dappel avwc vous nous avons du rester dans cette maison aucunement propre et fonctionnel et perdonne na pu rien faire pour nous appart nous rembourser des produit nettoyant et pour lacaht de serviette essuie main debaebouillette etc par qui en avait pas ou cetait tacher ou sale et nous avons passer une journee a nettoyer la maison pas vraiement ce quw je suis suposer faire en vacance!! Pas vraiment contente du service du toute.. vous devriez avoir plus de droit et de prendre plus en consideration les maisons que vous affixher surtout si il o dwe mauvais revirews...

Good value with just some slight issues

Home met expectations and family had great experience just few issues kept me from giving higher review. Blinds in twin bed kids room were destroyed first thing noticed, some areas in corners of kitchen and living room had dirt, internet would go in and out, and bottom fridge didn’t get things cold middle and top we’re great. I would definitely rent this home again it is very nicely priced!!

WORST VRBO LISTING IN KISSIMEE

I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A BAD REVIEW FOR ANY LOCATION I HAVE STAYED IN, BUT THIS LOCATION DESERVES THE WORST REVIEW EVER!!!, I DESERVES NO STARTS FOR BEING SO BAD, SINCE WE ARRIVE FROMA LONG DRIVE AWAITING TO HAVE A "RELAXING AND ENJOYING" MY VACATION WITH MY FAMILY WE ARRIVE TO A LOCATION THAT IS SODISGUSTING AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN YOU CAN TELL THE HOUSE IS OUTDATED BUT WHEN WE LOOKED IN THE FIRST ROOM YOU SEE THE WALL PAPER THEY HAVE AND THE BLINDS BROKEN AND RIPPED, ALSO SHEETS HAD HAIR AND STAINS ON ALL THE ROOMS, THE WALLS OF EVERY WALL IN THIS HOUSE ARE STAINED AND DIRTY. THE DUCT OF THE AC HAD DUST THICK THAT SOMEONE HASN'T CLEANED IN MONTHS, AS SOON AS I GOT IN THE HOUSE I WROTE A MESSAGE TO OWNER I LATER CALLED THE PROPERTY MANAGER DAVID I EXPLAINED THE SHEETS STAINED THAT EVERYTHING IS DIRTY HE LATER EXPLAINED "WE TRY TO CLEAN OUR BEST" IF THATS THE BEST THEN I DO NOT KNOW. HE THAN EXPLAINED OH I CAN BRING YOU NEW SHEETS IN THE MORNING I EXPLAINED THAT SHOULD OF BEEN DONE BEFORE I ARRIVED SO I EXPLAINED YES BRING NEW SHEETS, WE HAD TO WASH THE SHEETS OUR SELVES TO BE ABLE TO TRY TO SLEEP, THE BESTS ARE SO OLD THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED COMPLETELY. WE LATER GO TO ATTEMPT TO PLAY SOME POOL TABLE TO SEE IF WE CAN SOME WHAT ENJOY OURSELVES THIS TABLE WAS ALSO BROKEN THE BOTTEM THAT HOLDS THE BALLS FROM THE POOL TABLE IS BROKEN, THE AIR HOCKET TABLE HAS WELL AND IS A HAZARD IT HAD A PLACE WHERE THEY RIPPED SOME WOOD AND YOU HAVE THE NAILS. OTHER THAN THAT I ATTEMPTED TO CONTINUE TO COMPLAIN TO THE OWNER AND HE LITERALLY HAD NO RESPECT TO ME AS A GUEST HE ALWAYS HAD A COMEBACK TO ALL I HAD TO SAY. THE NEXT MORNING I AM IN THE LOCATION THE PROPERTY MANAGER CAME IN WITH NEW SHEETS FOR SOME BEDS, HE CHECKED THE AC HE IS LIKE THE OWNER HAS AN OPTION TO WIFI THE AC BUT YOU CAN TRY TO LOWER IT I EXPLAINED THAT TO THE OWNER HE IS LIKE OH BUT YOU HAVE FULL CONTROL, THESE TWO DO NO COMMUNICATE PROPERLY AND HAVE ALWAYS SOMETHING TO SAY, FURTHER MORE WE ATTEMPTED TO TOUCH THE POOL AND IT WAS COLD I EXPLAINED THAT TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER WHEN HE ARRIVED TO GIVE ME SOME SHEETS HE EXPLAINED TO ME IT WAS A "THUNDERSTORM POWER SURGE" THAT "THE "WEATHER MAKES IT NOT WORK" I EXPLAINED OK BUT WE WERE FORCED TO PAY A POOL HEATER FOR 200 HE TELLS THE OWNER THE POOL IS 80 AND SPA 108 OWNER SAID HOW HOTER I NEEDED THE POOL I DREW THE STRAW AND TOLD HIM THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM I NEED MY MONEY BACK, THE STOVE DOESNT WORK AS WELL WE SAW A DEAD ROACH AND A FROG IN THE HOME.

Wasn’t what we expected

We went to check in at 4:00pm and it was not ready. Cleaning ppl didn’t leave until 4:30. When we walked in after cleaning left it didn’t even smell clean. Then the owner did not give any directions on how to get in so the cleaning lady gave us her code. I messaged the owner on here on Thursday and it’s now Sunday after check out and no response yet. There was flies everywhere and I had to go but fly traps. It was not cleaned very well. We found some blankets In the closet with food stains, walls stained with hand prints, kitchen appliances were old and missing knobs the air vent on the ceiling is filthy. Some of the burners on the stove did not work. Wallpaper ripped in places , WiFi was bad, TVs did not have remotes, could not really operate them. The house has VHS players and a PlayStation 1, no way to access cable if there was. We just were not pleased with the property.

Amazing villa

We found the villa to be clean and well equipped. With 6 bedrooms we were able to come back from our long days at the parks and just relax. We were so close to everything, We were literally just minutes from Disney. It was great to have the BBQ there for the times we did not want to go out. The pool was a big hit as well. Next time we come (and there will be a next time) we may not even go to the parks but just come and relax and hang out at the pool. Thank you for such a lovely home. We hope that this villa is available for when we come back next time as we would love to stay here again. Thanks again for a wonderful time. Dave

House needed some upgrading

One bedroom the kids did not sleep in because it need to be clean and the television did not work. Television did not work in another bedroom. Shower head was broke in second master bedroom. Wet towels was left in the dryer.

Excellent location, I loved the spaciousness of the house and the view of the lake and the fireworks at night ... I recommend it 100%

Comfortable and cool !!!!

No ice maker and several mattress problems..comfy house otherwise..enjoyed the pool and fireworks nightly..

Nice could be a whole lot better

Hello Tony, the house was nice, but could use a update. New furniture, bed comforters, sheets, towels, internet service, movies and kitchen appliances. Plus the trash situation was not acceptable. Invest more into your business.

Great house

This house had a lot of positives. It was clean and had lots of fresh towels. It was very spacious. I loved having 4 bathrooms! The view outside was beautiful, with the lake outside and fireworks every night. I loved that it had a gate by the pool and lots of tables and chairs. However...it really needs an update. The linen is old, the beds make noise, some things didn't work, no disney or sports channels...the maintenance company was nice and responsive, but overall everything was pretty dated. I would recommend this house. We had a wonderful time and the house was fine for what we needed.

We enjoyed the stay at the house.

The house was clean and it is in a nice quite neighborhood will definitely stay there again in the future.

I will reply to every email as soon as I can. I run a 501c3 non profit drug and alcohol recovery center in the Kensington section of Philadelphia. I work 7 days a week and I am not always in front of a computer to reply in a timely manner.

In my spare time I also run a charity haunted house called Festival of Fears. Over the years we have raised 1000’s of dollars for many local charities.

Even with my busy schedule I still try to manage a trip or two with my family to Disney. My favorite park is of course the Magic Kingdom

When I was first shown this property it was love in first sight. This was the perfect size for my family to enjoy our yearly trip to Disney. The fact we could enjoy a nice glass of wine in the hot tub and enjoy the fireworks without the crowds was a huge bonus.
