- There is scheduled pool maintenance every Tuesday and yard maintenance every Wednesday. If guests are due to stay during those times, they should anticipate the maintenance to last a couple of hours
- Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM
- Driveway parking (3 vehicles). Free street parking is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis
- RV parking prohibited

When you stay at Sonoma Sunshine, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a "administrative fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
