Recently renovated and beautifully furnished, this spacious four-bedroom home in Princeville offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. With an open floor plan and tasteful upgrades throughout, the home features an upscale kitchen with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, along with counter-height seating and a dining area. Relax in the sunroom with plush lounge furniture, unwind in the cozy living room, complete with a Smart TV for your entertainment.

The master bedroom, located on the main level, offers a private en-suite bathroom, a Smart TV, and a walk-out balcony with seating to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Two additional queen bedrooms are located on the lower level, while the fourth bedroom is a separate, self-contained guest suite with its own private entrance (please note, there is no interior connection to the main home).

For additional sleeping space, the spacious living room includes two twin-sized day beds. Guests also have access to a laundry area in the garage and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Outdoors, relax and enjoy meals on the patio with seating and a BBQ grill. The large backyard offers space for outdoor activities, and there is ample onsite parking.

From the back lanai, enjoy panoramic mountain views (when the clouds part), or take in the tranquil view of vacant land on the other side of the home. This private oasis is perfect for creating lasting memories with family and friends!

Important Details to Note:
- Once guests pass through the front door there is a staircase leading up to the main level, please ensure that all guests are comfortable using stairs.
- There is a mini-split AC unit available in the master suite, as well as the guest suite only. As is common in many Hawaiian homes, there are no air conditioning systems in the rest of the house, as the island enjoys mild temperatures year-round.
- This is a private home for your stay, and it does not have a concierge or front desk service. We hope you enjoy the space and make yourself at home!
