Our stay was nothing short of amazing , this property was just perfect . Very spacious , Clean and well managed and stocked with essentials. Communication was great and we had no issues at all ! Will definitely be booking this property again the next time I come to Kauai!

Our family had a great time at this property. The only downside is that they do not have boogie boards at this property. That would have been very helpful for our group!

Spotless

We stayed at this property for five days. This is the second time we have stayed here and the pool and hot tub are very clean. The house is immaculate. We loved the beach chairs and took them with us daily. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the bedding was very comfortable.

Everything you need

Perfect stay for our first trip to Kauai. The property is very spacious and comfortable, and is perfectly located to a beautiful neighborhood. Communication with the property management team was smooth and clear. Our kids often preferred the pool instead of the beach, which was steps away from the house. We couldn't be happier with our stay. 10 out of 10!

Christmas and New Years stay!

The property was wonderful! It’s really close to so many things! It had everything we needed in the kitchen. Our agent, Andrew, was SO helpful and answered any question we had in a timely manner! We’d definitely stay here again!

Exceptional Experience

From the time we arrived and found the property to be immaculate, through our entire stay we throughly enjoyed this property. It's situated for easy access to shopping and beaches, yet is in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for an exceptional base during our Kauai stay.

Beautifully appointed, spacious home

The minute we walked inside, we knew it would be a grand week. This property is perfect for adults or families. With three bedrooms and a den with a daybed and trundle there is private space for kids and adults. It was very clean, bright and has 3 separate porch areas. This is one of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed in.

1st Hawaii trip

Nice & spacious, very clean, plenty of space/beds for 5 adults & 2 teens. Abundance of beach toys, chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels & water shoes. A/C worked great. Only minor annoyance was no working ice maker in freezer so we bought bag at Foodland right down the street. Also be mindful of extra cash cleaning fee due upon arrival when figuring in total cost. Would highly recommend & stay again! We loved our first family trip to the islands!

Nice spacious condo

We were very happy with the condo. Lots of space for us and our 2 little kids. Actually had too much space but it was really nice. Very close to the pool which we went to daily. We were glad to have the A/C at night and then would turn it off each morning as we didn’t really need it during the day plus we were gone most days adventuring. Would definitely recommend this nice property!

Home Away From Home

We had such a wonderful time here - my husband and I, our two daughters and two sons-in-law. We had plenty of space and the condo was clean and comfy. We did a lot of our own cooking, we used the BBQ and the pool. We especially enjoyed the lanais during couple of evening showers. We certainly understand why so many guests choose to return to this exact condo when visiting Kauai. It's perfect.

This condo was incredible!

We just returned from a vacation at this condo. It was gorgeous, clean and had everything we needed. We were a group of two families, both with 2 small children. The condo came equip with tons of space, everything we needed and more for the beach (coolers, chairs, umbrella, even pool toys) and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. We did tons of laundry and it was nice that small things like dish soap, toilet paper and laundry soap was provided. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in Princeville.

EXACTLY AS IN THE PHOTOS. VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, WELL EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING FROM THE KITCHEN TO THE BEACH CHAIRS, SNORKELS, FINS. FELT VERY MUCH AT HOME. ONE NEGATIVE: THE POOL IS BEAUTIFUL, BUT RATHER SMALL , FOR A PROPERTY THIS SIZE AND FULL OF SMALL, CHILDREN SCREAMING AND SPLASHING WITH JOY AND HAPPINESS, WITH HAPPY PARENTS AND GRANDPARENT. I WISH THERE WAS A SECOND SWIMMING POOL ON THE PROPERTY FOR ADULTS ONLY.

Perfect Vacation Rental in Paridise - CLOSE to the pool!

I have rented quite a few units from VRBO over the years and the combination of a dealing with a great owner (yes. . . there are owners that can ruin a beautiful rental and even put a damper on a vacation), great location, and a beautiful, well equipped, and maintained unit made this the best rental I have ever gotten from VRBO! It is very tastefully decorated, close to the pool, off the main road, and perfectly located in Princeville. The owners have bikes, outdoor chairs, and even some snorkel gear and boogie boards. We had a fairly large family group from Portugal, Florida and the Pacific Northwest that went to Kauai and we used this unit as the meeting place for cooking dinners and hanging out after spending time touring the island. Thank you for making this one of the best vacations ever and restoring my belief in VRBO!

The house was as described for the most part and was roomy enough for my family of 7. The neighborhood is residential and I assume the HOA type of situation dictated a very long list of rules we needed to abide by, so make sure to read, ask about and understand the things you can and can't do. Also understand the cash only cleaning fee and the pretty high cost for that. I have young, and sometimes loud grandkids and the need for quiet and no toys/floaties etc at the pool was difficult for the kids. Hosts provided good amenities, kitchen tools could be newer and more useful (pans, knives, etc.) Overall no complaints, but I would likely only stay here again with an all-adult group. Location to other things (beach, shopping, etc.) was very good.

Great place to stay! Comfortable and nice to have a garage. There are beach toys, snorkels, surfboard, and a bike. The only issue is a lot of the snorkels are mismatched and broken as are the surf boards and bike (flat tire and no pump). Time to clean out the garage and replace the old, broken items. The property management guy was responsive and helpful. It would be nice to stock the bathrooms with a few things like a nice bar of soap rather than a mini bar like cheap hotels provide and hand soap rather at the sink rather than watered down dish soap to wash your hands. Overall a great place to stay!

This Stay Hit the Mark

Check in information was texted just before we left and everything was clearly explained. Upon arrival we had further information on check-out procedures, which were very doable and minimal, as well as things to check out on the island during our time there. Our family of 8 (4 couples) all had a space to call our own which was very nice. I especially loved my morning's on our master bedroom lanai, listening to the cheerful sounds of the birds. We found the fridge stocked with some items left from the previous renters, so that was appreciated. When I found the broom was broken, Andrew was quick to replace it. Communication was excellent! The whole family felt safe and comfortable in this home. We also loved hanging out by the pool, which we were very close to (about a 1-2 minute walk). It was well taken care of. The hot tub after a busy day of pool, beach, shopping, or hiking was just the way to end the day! We loved the location and if returning to this beautiful garden Island, we would not hesitate to book the same home again! Mahalo!!
