Excellent property for relaxation and family time. Chefs kitchen fully stocked allowing delicious meals to be prepared with ease. Hot tub separate from pool allowing a true spa experience. 3rd king bedroom is actually a trundle bed. Comfortable for adults set up as a king or great for kids as 2 twins. 3 bathrooms were nicely appointed with spa like fixtures including rain shower head and pressure hand held wand. Bathrooms stocked with soaps, shampoos, lotions. Kitchen stocked with generous amount of paper towels, trash bags, hand soap and dish soap. Host reacted almost spontaneously to questions.Cleanliness good. Check out procedures stress free and minimal. Definitely a wonderful property 5 stars

Very pleasant experience. House had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The ping pong table was missing the net and after informing the host, they responded immediately and delivered a new net to the door within the hour. One thing that we didn’t see mentioned in the VRBO listing was that the property has a portable crib and highchair. Had we known, we wouldn’t have brought our own crib. We would definitely come back to this property!

Very cozy and beautiful property. Two of the king size rooms only have a small dresser and a standing wardrobe, so clothing space is limited. The pool, hot tub, and game table were awesome and in great condition! We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful, spacious, clean. I have been renting vacation homes in FL for the past 8 years and this is the nicest one yet. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Lots of extra towels, blankets, even a nice wagon for the beach. Highly recommend.

The house exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of space, and privacy. The property was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It was also spotless, well stocked and welcoming. There were clear check in instructions, and guides for activities in the area. The host was easy to contact with questions or concerns. We were glad to have the pool, hot tub and game table because the beaches were flooded most of the first week. The property was large enough to accommodate our family. There were plenty of things to do at this house when unable to go to beach. The beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards & towels were in great shape. Pool area was large with plenty of comfortable seating. Kitchen was so well equipped it was enjoyable and easy to prepare meals. Also close to plenty of restaurants, warehouse clubs and grocery stores. For those with young children, all the pool entrances had secure locks. And there were plenty of spaces for the kids to spread out and play when not at the pool or beach. The children particularly enjoyed the nearby James F. Holland Park.We would definitely stay again.

Super well stocked!

This property is amazing!! The house was beautiful and equipped with everything you could need. The bathrooms were stocked with shower supplies and plenty of towels and toilet paper. The kitchen had every tool and appliance you could need! Juicer, grater, rolling pin, tupperware, cocktail shaker, blender, crockpot, and more. Plenty of dishes, glasses, mixing bowls, and utensils. The game table was so fun and had all the accesories needed. The pool and hot tub were so clean and nice. The outdoor shower and lots of beach towels were a nice touch. The house is so clean and well kept. The beach was just a quick drive away with ample parking. Grocery stores and a walmart within just a few minutes of the property. The neighborhood was nice and great for evening walks. This house had everything you needed for a great stay. The best stocked rental I've ever stayed at. The host was super responsive to messages and went above and beyond. They had a new propane tank for the grill and a mixer for the kitchen delivered the same day we asked about it! We will definitely be back for another family vacation.

We stayed at this property during our family vacation. The home was clean and had most of the things we needed for our stay. We did buy some kids dishes due to having a 2 year old and didn't want to break any of the beautiful dishes that were provided. There were beach towels which was great because we forgot ours. The hot tub was not working at first but once notified the owner of the pool company came and fixed it. There was plenty of room for our extended family of 10 and although we were concerned about the pool with a 2 year old it was easy to keep the doors locked when we were not using it and the kids loved it. We used the grill and patio chairs which were in excellent condition. I would stay here again in the future

Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear that you found the home clean, spacious, and well-equipped for your family vacation. It’s wonderful to know that the home comfortably accommodated your group of 10, that the children enjoyed the pool, and that you appreciated the beach towels, outdoor furniture, and grill. We're also glad we were able to have the hot tub serviced promptly after you notified us so you could continue enjoying your stay. Based on your comments, we're naturally disappointed by the 4-star rating, as your review reflects a very positive experience and even mentions that you would stay with us again. We continually strive to provide a true 5-star experience for every guest and appreciate all feedback that helps us improve. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you and your family all the best.
