Walk down a few steps to our private boat dock with boat lift. Bring your boat and keep it docked during your entire stay and use it hassle free as much as you like. Our kitchen is fully stocked, so you can cook family dinner with all the comforts of home.

The space
Enjoy your vacation or work-from-home staycation in this expansive four bedroom, two and a half bathroom, with private, heated pool with boat dock on the main salt water canal in Palm Coast. Bring your boat, pontoon boat or jet skis and enjoy the intracoastal or venture out to the Ocean. Enjoy the sunrise and water views with flying mullets (and the occasional dolphin sighting) with our outdoor dining area, fire pit and Hot tub. Relax in your newly decorated coastal-chic getaway. This home is on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the beach, walking, biking and hiking trails, shopping, restaurants and I 95 which provides easy access to all local major attractions including St. Augustine, Daytona, Orlando and Disney. Our serenity getaway offers you privacy and relaxation with all the comforts of home!

The space
This home offers four bedrooms – one with King Size Beds (with a 55” Smart TV). The The large Master Bathroom has his/her vanities, a whirlpool tub and shower. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth bedroom has a twin daybed with trundle. All our mattresses are high quality. This room also has an office desk and chair, printer and monitor that overlooks the outdoors for a peaceful work space.

We provide a folding crib, pack n play bed, highchair, stroller, baby monitor and cushioned play yard for babies and toddlers (upon request in advance)

Large 75” Smart Tv in the main living area.

Several surfaces that can easily be transitioned to work spaces to accommodate the work-at-home environment

Outdoor space includes a BBQ, fire pit and large dining area to soak up the beautiful canal view.

Location
Our home is located on a large canal, just minutes from the beach, down the street from wonderful biking/walking trails along the intercostal waterway and next to all the best golf courses. A short drive to the theme parks, Daytona and St. Augustine!

Some of the other amenities include: newer appliances, washer and dryer, puzzles and board games; brand new gas grill, fire pit, pool toys, blender, hair dryer, beach chairs, brand new fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and microwave.

The pool is heated and is kept at a comfortable temperature for swimming or relaxing.

Palm Coast is home to some of the most beautiful beaches and golf courses. Nature lovers will enjoy visiting Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, with its beautiful gardens, breathtaking intracoastal views and public beach on the Atlantic. There is definitely something for everyone to enjoy!

"Wow, what an amazing home!! Pictures don’t even do it justice. This house checked all the boxes we look for in a vacation rental…waterfront, private pool and hot tub, near the beach, beautiful and comfortable furnishings, and a full kitchen for those meals you’d rather stay in for. The house was immaculate and stocked with so many extra conveniences (every dish and utensil imaginable in the kitchen, coffee, sugar, seasonings, laundry supplies, bath and beach towels, throw blankets on the couches, board games, etc.). It was so nice having the privacy and comforts of a home, yet we were close to beaches and restaurants when we chose to go out. We rented kayaks from a great local company, Tropical Kayaks, that offered delivery and pickup service at the home. We started each morning with coffee on the dock. During the day we enjoyed the water, whether in the pool, floating on the canal, or at the beach, and followed it up with a beverage in the hot tub every evening. Just perfect and relaxing! Exceeded all of our expectations!! Thanks so much for checking in with us Rita, and for your impeccable taste and attention to details. It was so hard to leave, but we hope to be back to enjoy your home again and again with family and friends."

"This home is gorgeous, it looks even better than the photos. It’s in a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful view of the canal out the back. The pool was exactly what our children wanted and the pool toys were great for the kids to play with! There were plenty of cups, dishes, cleaning supplies, paper products, towels, etc! We were very impressed by the hosts generosity, constant communication and snack basket, which really helped some hungry kiddos when we first arrived. I would definitely recommend this home to others and we look forward to coming back! :) "
