We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and honestly looks even better in person than it does in the pictures. The pool was perfect for the kids and was definitely a highlight of our stay. Communication with the property management was great, and the location between Flagler Beach and St. Augustine was incredibly convenient. We also enjoyed several nearby restaurants, including Hammock Grill by JT’s, Bronx Pizza House, and Cantina Louie. We would definitely stay here again!

This home is updated and lovely and well stocked. The game room is fun and there are beach chairs and bicycles to use. There is an outdoor bathroom by the pool which is quite convenient. The AC had an issue that we noticed when we arrived - it was 4pm on a Saturday so we were concerned resolution would be challenging. However, the property manager was immediately responsive and had a repairman there within the hour and it was completely fixed. Excellent service! The only downside to the house was that the pool was a little weird. It doesn't have a normal shallow to deep flow. It has a shallow ledge all around and then a deep center. It was just a little awkward to use but this wouldn't deter me. The hot tub was amazing.

Wonderful vacation home! The house was very clean and pet friendly. The outdoor area was very spacious and the pool and hot tub were perfect! We had a small hiccup with the wifi but we were able to get it taken care of and the host was willing to change internet services almost immediately after! The cook top stove only had 2 burners working but it wasn't an issue for us. The only advice I have for future guests is to take tupperware with you if you do a lot of cooking because there isn't any in the kitchen. I would recommend this property, my family had a great time!

Made our winter bearable!!

We absolutely loved the house!! We immediately felt very comfortable and right at home. The decor was very pretty and had a floridian flair. The property manager was very responsive with any issues. We would definitely stay here again!!

Overall the property was good. Could use a little TLC. The management company was very responsive and helpful throughout the process and during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time.

The pool and hot tub were great. Rooms were clean. Having a washer and dryer was helpful with the amount of people that were staying. The only issue we had was the inability to access wifi for more than 1 device at a time. You would think with the fact that it is listed for 10 people to stay there would be more access to wifi.

Beautiful Retreat

Our stay here was wonderfull! the house was beautiful and clean. The beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking. The pool was beautiful and perfect, looking at the water was beautiful. We saw Manatees and Mantaray's swimming in the canal and there were deer all over the neighborhood. all together it was an incredible stay!

Perfect accommodations

this house was everything my family and I expected and more. The rooms were fantastic, the pools was amazing. My 10yo daughter and 5yo nephew loved swimming everyday that we were there. Would recommend to anyone needing a larger house for their vacation.

Gorgeous Property!

Exactly as shown online. Property was beautiful, cozy, comfortable, clean, and well-supplied. It was convenient to restaurants, stores, and most importantly, the beach! Brand new stove and cookware delivered at beginning of our stay which was a nice little bonus. Property management was prompt, personable, and helpful. Would stay here again and again!

Girl’s Trip

This was perfect for our girl's get away. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, bikes and roominess of the house. It was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. My only suggestion is to have something to help put and take out the kayaks/canoes into the water.

Wonderful vacation for the whole family

We were perfectly happy with our vacation in this beautiful house. The pool was our children's favorite. We could see fish jumping out of the water at the canal. Even a turtle was swimming in the water one morning. The house is big enough for everyone and very nicely furnished and very clean. The location is wonderful for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Lovely house in Palm Coast

We had a lovely week in this beautiful house in Palm Coast. Pool area was excellent, and decor was very modern. Palm Coast was a new area for us, and the local restaurants and beaches have all been good. A pleasant surprise. Any issues were very minor.

Perfection

Everything was perfect and looked exactly as pictured. The house is out of the hustle and bustle of town but a very close drive. There was plenty of room for our group of 9. All of our questions were answered very quickly. If I am ever in the area again I would consider staying here.

Loved our stay

We had a great time at this property. Nice neighborhood, super quiet at night, very safe feeling. Close to the things you need, but without a touristy feel. We enjoyed the updated decor, lots of room for people to relax, nap, play in the pool or read without interference, but also lots of room to gather as well. We had a bit of an issue with the pool lacking water and not heating properly, but communication with the property manager was quick and helpful and was fixed for when the weather turned really nice. Would definitely return to this property for a future vacation.

Loved this house so much!

This house is so beautiful! It is clean, spacious, and decorated beautifully. Our family loved the kayaks, bikes, and pool table. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. We paid to have the pool heated and it was well worth the extra fee. Alina was super responsive and any issues were minor and tended to right away. Grateful for this getaway and would definitely stay here again!
