The Space:

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom property offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and recreational amenities, ensuring an unforgettable stay for you and your loved ones. With its convenient location, you can easily visit St. Augustine, Daytona, Jacksonville, and Orlando.



As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a beautifully designed interior that combines modern elegance with coastal charm. The formal living room features a comfortable couch and a large internet TV, perfect for unwinding and enjoying your favorite shows.

Guest Access:

Directions to POOL HEAT SPA UPGRADE (must be reserved)

Open Hayward control box Touch screen once to illuminate.

Push SPA PROGRAM button once.

It takes 5 minutes for the system to change into Spa Mode.

Spa will run for 3 hours and return to POOL mode automatically. If you want to turn the spa off before 3 hours have passed, push SPA PROGRAM once and the system will immediately return to POOL mode.



List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions.

- Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay.

- Pool heater is available for $45 per night for stays of 2–5 nights. A discounted weekly rate of $287 is available, with a multi-week rate of $200 per week. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.

- If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, we do offer secure off-site parking approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code.
