Check-in: Between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Check-out: Between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Early check-ins or late check-outs outside of these times may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
Maximum Occupancy:
The unit accommodates up to two guests only. Unregistered visitors are not allowed.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the peace and privacy of the community.
Property Use
No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
No Pets:
Pets are not allowed in this unit.
Respect the Space:
Please treat the property with care. Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.
Community Guidelines
Pool and Amenities:
Follow all posted rules for shared amenities like the pool and fitness center.
Towels provided in the unit must not be taken to the pool.
Parking:
Parking is reserved for registered guests. Please use the designated parking space provided.
