This quintessential corner-lot property is wrapped in a white picket fence and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a private casita. The home features a one-car garage and a two-car driveway for convenience.
Outdoor Living at Its Finest:
Nestled on a large, grassy lot, this property boasts a spacious front yard, a fully fenced backyard with a dining patio and BBQ, and a side yard adorned with citrus trees. Perfect for entertaining, relaxing, or playtime with kids and pets!

The main house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a bright and airy open concept living and dining area. Enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace or stream your favorite shows on the 50" Smart TV with seating for up to 9 adults.
