This amazing 5-bedroom home is just 2 blocks to Mission Bay and 6 blocks to Mission Beach. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it is walking distance to great restaurants and all the beach and bay have to offer. A short drive to Sea World, the zoo, La Jolla, and downtown. Huge 8 person jacuzzi, fire table, BBQ grill, and outdoor ping pong table as well as views of Mission Bay and Sea World fireworks from the rooftop patio.

First Floor:

- Bedroom with king size bed and full bathroom

Third Floor:
- Room with two queen size beds, full bathroom & rooftop patio.

I enjoy being able to host small groups who are visiting San Diego and have done a lot to make my home is a fun environment. Please be aware that this home is located in a family neighborhood and is not a party house. The HOA and city will shut down short-term rental and or fine the tenants if it becomes a nuisance.

House inventory:
- Ready-made beds and one bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per guest
- One Beach Towel per guest
- Kitchen starter kit: hand soap, one sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a roll of paper towels, and trash bags (Note: we do not supply any baggies, tinfoil, etc.)
- Bathroom: Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- Laundry detergent

You will have access to the entire house except for some closets and storage areas. This includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms, recreational room, rooftop deck, and yard. You will have garage access for parking.

Neighborhood is very walkable. Free street parking. Uber and Lyft are also available.

Property Appearance:
Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)

Lost & Found / Shipping Policy:
We are not responsible for items left in the property after checkout. If an item is found and you would like it returned, we can arrange shipping. Guests will be responsible for shipping costs plus a small handling fee to cover packaging materials and time. $25 fee plus shipping fees.
House Rules:
1. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
2. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home. GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors.
3. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You`re welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm no earlier than 24 hours in advance.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. We do our absolute best to ensure you have a great time by providing beach equipment. If any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest.
9. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged
10. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn`t a prior approved late checkout.
11. NO glass is permitted in the hot tub. No sand in the hot tub.
12. No pets without approval. If approved, you must clean up after your pet. No pets on furniture. Do not leave your pet unattended. $150 fee per pet.
