Détendez-vous sur Paradise Island dans une spacieuse et lumineuse maison de ville de 2 chambres / 2. 5 salles de bains - à 3-4 pâtés de maisons du célèbre Atlantis Resort et à proximité de la magnifique plage de Cabbage!

Si près de l'action, mais loin de la foule!

En bas se trouve une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon, une salle à manger, une demi-salle de bain, une buanderie privée et une terrasse fermée. Profitez de manger à l'extérieur sous la salle à manger couverte après avoir grillé votre repas préféré sur le barbecue au propane entouré d'un magnifique paysage tropical. Une énorme économie sur les factures de restaurant coûteuses!

A l'étage, 2 chambres décorées avec goût, chacune avec des lits king-size et des salles de bains attenantes qui se "verrouillent" pour plus d'intimité.

La maison en rangée est située dans une belle communauté fermée, sécurisée et calme qui comprend un court de tennis, trois piscines communautaires (qui ne sont jamais bondées) avec des salons / parasols, un petit restaurant / bar, un mini-dépanneur et une salle de fitness.

Beaucoup de tables et de chaises dans toute la propriété pour que vous n'ayez jamais à interrompre votre détente!

Inclus avec votre séjour est - Internet haut débit, télévision par câble, climatisation centrale, draps, café, épices, serviettes de plage et plus encore!

Aucune voiture n'est nécessaire car tout est à proximité mais si vous louez une voiture, il y a beaucoup de places de parking juste en face de la communauté.

good location, had some issues

The location was great. The kitchen had what we needed. The outdoor patio area was nice. There was a miscommunication regarding not setting the a/c below 73 degrees and it caused issues with the a/c unit freezing and not working. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be a great addition. Water pressure was not great. It was nice to be able to walk to Atlantis, Cabbage Beach, ferry, etc.

Great place and location.

This is our first time renting in Bahamas and it was a great experience. The place is spacious and the location is within walking distance to many restaurants and Atlantis poperty.

Stay - Paradise Island

We stayed at the property for five days in March and had a fantastic experience. Joanna was a gracious, responsive and helpful host and ensured all our questions were answered and made check in and out a breeze. The property has a great location and is within walking distance of many attractions, including Atlantis, shopping, Cabbage Beach, great restaurants and more. The lodging itself was spacious, clean, well equipped and had a lovely patio - great for a family or group.There are three nice pools on the grounds as well as a tennis court. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed

We were so happy with the size, setting, and location of this property. We were within a mile walk of the Ocean Club golf course, and we ate lunch at Viola’s and swam at Cabbage Beach every day. It was spacious and had all the amenities. Anne Marie and the other on-site staff were helpful. Joanna was quick to respond and very accommodating. We are sad to leave!

Great location for our trip, everything was within a 10 min walk. Water taxi convenient to get across to town..the Bahamian people are friendly and helpful!

Paradise Island

Paradise Island is a nice quiet place to visit. If you’re looking for more to do, than to visit Atlantis, there are more activities on the mainland. Public beaches are scarce on PI & have no lifeguards.

Home away from home

The property is lush, lovely, and peaceful. If you prefer brand new or glitzy, this may not be the spot for you, but it is high quality and has a real homey feeling. Perfect for family. The host is incredibly responsive and responsible. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great Condo in a Cool Location

This condo is very spacious and a great place to stay. The location is within walking distance to Cabbage Beach, Atlantis, Marina Village and all the pick up locations for Sandy Toes and Blue Lagoon. You can easily get a taxi to downtown Nassau by just letting the security guard know. The property is very well accommodating with three TVs and all the necessities. The property has three pools and a tennis court. Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic place to stay!

We could not have asked for a place that fit us better! Joanna was so very helpful before we arrived answering questions and giving us helpful hints - the property was beautiful and very well maintained! Great location and easy walking distance to anywhere on Paradise Island or to the boat ferry over to Nassau. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our Anniversary! Loved it!

Condo Was Great

This condo is very cute and is a great place to stay. It’s in a good location where you are within walking distance to Cabbage Beach, Atlantis and to the water ferry if you want to go to downtown Nassau. We even walked over a couple of times instead of taking the ferry. The property is decorated very cute and is in great condition with three pools and the staff within Bayview Suites are very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!

Nice town home within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

The Bayview Suites had 2 of the 3 pools available for use. Security at the front desk was not very helpful. Beautiful walking paths. We had a few maintenance issues that were taken care of quickly by Raymond. Joann responds quickly to your messages and follows through with whatever is needed. Household items were available for use such as paper plates, napkins, spices, paper towels, paper and pens, games to play, soaps, detergent, air fresheners, dish washing soap. Lots of essential items in the town home that do not need to be bought. The town home was clean. The king beds were nice. There was plenty of room for our family. It was quiet and away from all the heavy populated tourist areas.

Beautiful townhouse!

This is a lovely townhouse on Paradise Island. It is very spacious and furnished beautifully. The kitchen is fully equipped and the cabinets are full of coffee and spices. Both beds were very comfortable. No detail has been overlooked to ensure the guests feel totally at home.

Great unit, great stay

Couldn't ask for a better location. The condo is very clean and spacious. Everything you need is provided. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Had such a good experience I have booked my next stay already.

Great location, very clean, slept well :)

Like much of Paradise Island the property is a bit old and tired (both the townhouse plus the property as a whole) but it adds to the charm somehow :) The complex was quiet and offered just enough services that we enjoyed some snacks by the pool and relaxed. The townhouse was very well appointed. The staff at the complex are very friendly, and any questions we had were addressed quickly. it was a short walk to the few stores on Paradise Island and not too far from the public beach access. there were only two of us... there is plenty of room for 4! We also walked the bridge over to Nassau a couple of times, it was about 25 minutes to a great sushi spot :) and the view from the bridge is great.

Very comfortable and well equipped

This townhouse is a great option for staying on Paradise Island; very comfortable and equipped with basic necessities. The kitchen has everything necessary to prepare meals at home. We took advantage of the dvd player and the few movies provided, as only basic cable is included. The walk to Altantis is about 15-20 minutes and is best done in comfortable walking shoes. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property, great location, great owner

I cannot advise enough to anyone reading this to stay at this location when going to the Bahamas, especially if you plan on spending a decent amount of time on paradise island. The townhome itself is great. It was very clean, has plenty of space, and has plenty of little things to make your stay better (spices, a small dvd collection, an outdoor grill, beach towels, central AC, etc.). The location simply cannot be beat. The townhome community this property is located in is excellent as there is always a security guard on duty, the residents are polite and generally quiet/low-key, there is always a concierge-type person always available, and the location overall is beautiful and well-kept. Additionally, cabs only cost about $15 to get to the downtown area via cab and the cabs seemed to arrive in under 5 minutes every time we called one. Lastly, being on Paradise Island for this price is the best bang-for-your-buck I've seen. Lastly, Joanna is awesome. In addition to providing an amazing home, she always provided clear instructions and tips for our check in and out. Additionally, we left a bathing suit at the townhome and Joanna mailed it back to us in the US - you won't get that kind of service at a hotel or with any typical property owner. tl;dr: stay here, you won't regret it!

Relaxing villa with everything you need

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. March temps allowed us to enjoy the patio at all times of the day. We cooked 1/2 our meals in the kitchen which has all the amenities. The other half we walked to nearby shopping center, Atlantis and Green Parrot, The king size beds were very comfortable and the villa was very clean so it made hanging out here very relaxing. 2 and a half baths made it easy four four adults to shower and go when we wanted. The villa is in a safe little development with security and has 3 pools, a small restaurant, vending machines, and a tennis court. We will definitely stay here next time we visit. We found access to 2 great beaches if you are willing to walk about a half mile it's worth it. Thanks to the owner for all the great info before getting there and the wifi access allowed us to keep in touch with the stars while we were here. Awesome vacation.

Convenience & space!

Very spacious house nestled in a quiet community - so close to everything. Got a day pass to the Atlantis which is literally in walking distance to the house. Property was very tropical and my kids were able to hog one pool to themselves since there are three on the property! The owner was great from start to finish and I would stay here again.

Blissfill Perfection!

First time staying in a rental - and this place was perfect! It is so close to everything - we walked to dinner at the Atlantis, brought leftovers home after the meal, then walked back to continue our night. The townhome is spacious (2 floors) which allowed for everyone in my family to have personal space! We enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio in our pjs. :) The owner Joanna thought of everything to make our stay comfortable - coffee, spices (were a great touch when cooking) etc. Absolute pleasure to work with her and very knowledgeable on the area. One of the pools is so close to the front door never a problem to get a quick bite or bathroom break! The property is very pretty and secure - children can roam freely without having an adult with them. Can't wait for my next trip!

After 3 long years of going back-n-forth to the Bahamas due to a long distance relationship, the "island boy" married the "city girl". Lasting memories were created in this home and we wanted to share it with you.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The townhome is very private yet only a very short walk (3-4 blocks) from a variety of restaurants, night clubs, gorgeous beaches and numerous ocean related activities.

If you are looking for a bit more action, only a few minutes away is the incredible Atlantis Paradise Island Resort and Casino as well as the world renowned Ocean Club Golf Course designed by Tom Weiskopf.

The townhome will give you the privacy that hotels can not. You feel like you are the only one on the property!
