Welcome to Timberbrook Condo A313 – Your Cozy Mountain Retreat in Brian Head!
Located just steps from the slopes of Brian Head Resort, this newly updated two-level condo is the ideal home base for mountain adventures. Whether hitting the slopes, exploring nearby national parks, or enjoying the crisp mountain air, Timberbrook Condo A313 offers a warm and inviting escape.
This thoughtfully designed condo accommodates up to eight guests and ensures comfort and convenience for everyone. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV, and an Amazon Firestick for streaming your favorite shows. Upstairs, the loft offers a private retreat with a queen-size bed, a bunk bed with twin mattresses, and a TV with an Amazon Firestick. The living room includes a sofa bed for two additional guests and a SmartTV for cozy movie nights by the wood-burning fireplace.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, from pots and pans to bakeware, a blender, and dinnerware for all. Gather around the dining table to enjoy your meals and share stories from the day’s adventures.
Two full bathrooms—one on each level—include a tub and shower combination, with all essentials provided for your convenience.
