I wasn’t sure how close we would be to the main strip of shops and so was happy to find us less than a half mile from The Village Shops area entrance to downtown. Regarding the condo, it was as advertised. Very nicely equipped and comfortable. We had a fine visit to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.

We had an excellent stay, ample space for our family of 4 to relax. So close to trolly stops and close enough to walk to downtown. Enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to the creek and swimming at the pool in the afternoon. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of necessities. Highly recommend this condo!

The house has a great layout for three couples. But needs maintenance done on a few items. The kitchen table you can’t sit out. It needs to be refinished as it is so sticky papers stick to it. All three toilets have some kind of issue, small leaks, keep running. It needed a good dusting also. Location is great and we loved Gatlinburg.

We had a very wonderful stay! Charles was very responsive to all my questions both before and during our stay. Check in process was smooth, the condo was very clean and had all items we needed for our stay. The pictures of the unit were accurate and we even saw a bear:) We would definitely recommend this place and will be back the next time we come to Gatlinburg!

It was ok. Some items could be updated. The mattress on the 1st floor could be better. The other mattresses we're good. It wasn't the owners fault, but had to leave 2 hrs early because the were going to repave the parking lot. This should have been done after checkout time. The tile in the bathrooms need a deep cleaning. Overall it was ok.

We enjoyed our time. Its a great time. We could've used enough seating for 6 people. That is our only complaint. We would stay again.

The condo is in a good location and close to downtown. The bathrooms need more hooks to hang clothes on. It would have been good to know that the kitchen and living room were on the second floor. I had just had a knee replacement. Overall, we loved this condo.

Condo was just as described and depicted in photos. 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was amazing, small but efficient kitchen, lovely patios with views of the pool and stream. Made use of washer and dryer so we came home with very little laundry and no wet towels or suits. Condo is well equipped with everything you need, steps from trolley stop and we saw a bear walk through the parking lot!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this group of properties and we love it. So easy to park and walk to activities, check in is a breeze, and it’s easy to get into contact with a representative of the property if need be. We brought up an issue with the cleanliness of the pool to Charles and he swiftly took care of the issue. The condos are always clean and comfortable. I have recommended these to other family members and my family will be returning next year! You can’t go wrong booking here.
