This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a cabin feel while still being within walking distance of downtown. The bear theme/decor throughout is amazing and really added to the experience. The condo is very spacious and clean with everything you could possibly need during your stay. We especially loved having the fireplace (with firewood provided) on the cool nights during our late October stay. No doubt this will be our preferred place to stay anytime we are in Gatlinburg.

This condo is perfect for two couples! The decor was so cute. Plenty of room snd very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for a weekend. It was walkable to town…just a few stairs down through the woods or trolly stop at end of the road.

We were so pleased with the exceptionally clean accommodations, the walkable convenience to the fun activities in Gatlinburg as well as comfortable beds, the ease of items we may have needed including extra toiletries, paper towel, seasonings etc. There was plenty of parking and great communication with Clay. It was a great experience and we will definitely return the next time we are in Gatlinburg!

So glad you had a good time and enjoyed this property. My wife has worked hard to try and provide a welcome atmosphere and "make yourself at home" feeling with Snoring Bear Condo! Hope you'll book your next vacation now, its almost time for Pumpkin Spice Lattes and apple fritters for fall leaf looking! Cozy and welcoming. Loved the fireplace at night and very convenient to town. The walk to town does involve steps but it wasn't bad.

Our stay was great . It’s a beautiful condo and very clean. It is walkable to the strip however for my elder mother that was with me it was to far and up hill making it impossible for her to walk. However that didn’t effect our stay we throughly enjoy the condo and would highly recommend it.

We have walked this town for two decades or more and we find it easy to navigate from here but yes if you are bringing elderly guests it is probably best to drive all over the area, even downtown Gatlinburg is not flat. Snoring Bear condo was a lovely place to stay. Beautifully decorated, very clean, a nice outdoor pool and super close to downtown Gatlinburg. Clay Dalton was fantastic when we needed an extra nights stay and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely book this condo again. The condo is perfect for 2 couples. Clean, nicely decorated and very comfy. The only reason we gave 4 stars is that it is on a very steep hill and not walkable to town for older people or those with knee or hip issues. Even tho the trollie stops on the corner of the street, it is still a steep climb to get back to condo. The condo itself was perfect for our needs.

Thanks for staying with us, we strive for 5-star reviews and are disappointed that you left us a 4-star review because Gatlinburg is in the mountains, certainly you can drive anywhere in Gatlinburg if you needed to, you should probably check with owners about the terrain nearby for your special needs if that is a factor for your family trips. Awesome place

The place was awesome, it’s within walking distance to the Main Street, however it is a good walk. We had an awesome time at our stay and while we remained busy out and about it was a nice place to come back to to sleep!
