This amazing 3 bedroom townhouse is the perfect basecamp for all your Smoky Mountain adventures.

Enjoy the sounds of water rushing along Baskins Creek from your balcony and private hot tub.

Located a half mile walk, along beautiful relaxing Baskins Creek, from the most popular attractions in Gatlinburg!

Decorated with rustic décor to give you that Smoky Mountain feeling! Featuring log beds, bear décor, stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a big screen TV!

Your entrance to Basecamp Gatlinburg is through the lower level which has the laundry washer and dryer in the hallway and a king bedroom with en suite bathroom with a shower.

Take the stairs up to the main level which has another king bedroom with en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The living room with a queens sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining area and balcony and hot tub are all on the main level.

The spiral staircase leads to the loft with a queen bed, arcade game and a full bathroom with tub/shower.

Great location and clean

Perfect location close to town and the national park. Unit was clean. Minor issues with only one bathroom soap dispenser working and missing any kitchen measuring spoons/cups. Softer sheets and any throw blankets would have made the stay more comfortable. The hot tub bleached one of our swim suits. Beyond the minor inconveniences, the unit was perfect for location being close to everything. Having a washer and dryer was great. Loved sitting on the patio having coffee and watching the creek. Would stay here again.

Great location great place.

Would stay here again for sure. Close to the main areas that you can walk to about anything on the main strip. Great experience overall. Well maintained and hosts were quick to respond if we needed.

Great Location for Family Vacation!

We had 5 adults and 2 children in our family that stayed here for a weekend vacation! It is in a great spot to walk to places in Gaitlinburg (especially the Aquarium).There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The hosts were also very responsive with getting back to us with any answers to questions we had. We had a great time!

Just Right

Absolutely relaxing property close enough to the downtown area for us to easily walk. The property was clean and well maintained. We each had our own private space. The location was amazing! We all enjoyed the hot tub after a day of walking. The communication and hospitality was great!

Amazing condo

Beautiful and plenty of space. We were all Comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. The owners were always quick to respond to messages and super friendly. Upscaled appliances, furniture, and decor. We will definitely keep this one on our “will stay again” list!

Not bad, but not as advertised. Dated/Needs Improvement

Sadly disappointed with this property. It is a townhouse/condo that is okay but not like it was advertised in the listing. I took several pictures but can't post them on the site here for some reason. The photos and concerns were sent right away to the owners. They responded, but mostly with excuses to all the concerns, such as that they had the recently painted and the mold was mildew that someone forgot the scrub away. They wanted to send maintenance people over during the stay, which isn't something that would be acceptable. - Black mold in two of the three showers (not mildew)- Food on the floors in the restrooms and kitchen.- Paint splotches on floors in many places- Holes in drywall in several places- Light bulbs burnt out in dining room- Mold building up in loft a/c portable unit- Severe seal cracking around shower in loft shower- Washer/dryer was full of debris; in need of full clean- Damp/musty odor throughout the property- Pool has a foot of water in the bottom and full of leaves. Was told by the owners after sending the pictures that it was not open until the weather gets warmer. It was in the 80s during our stay, but at least give this information in advance.Overall rating would be a 3 out of 5. Again, it wasn't terrible but nothing like we thought based on the listing.

Friends Trip

We had a group of friends that like to travel together and check out different areas. This property was perfect for us. Everything, was within walking distance and could come and go as you please. Hosts were great with quick responses and suggestion. Would stay again if we go back to that area.

Great location!

Close to the main strip in Gatlinburg. Ubers were difficult to get, but we were able to walk everywhere. Would stay here again. Owners were very responsive. Unit was clean, had complimentary snacks, and the hot tub was working great!

Loved it

Great location, not too far but not too close. This was our 2nd time staying in these condos, only we brought our 2 kids and the in-laws this time. We love the nice little walk along Baskins Creek down to the Village/strip. Condo was very clean and exactly as pictured/described. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary basket of snacks and toiletries that were provided. Great communications from the owners with directions and info.100% recommend printing or taking a screenshot of the door code ahead of time, in case internet doesn't work. Roaming internet was spotty when we arrived (for some reason), took a while to get into app to find details. Definitely recommend this place!

This condo is in a great location for walking to the aquarium, shops & restaurants. The kids liked the pool, hot tub & creek. The hosts were attentive and left a basket of snacks! Thank you!

Great location

This was the perfect place for our family of 5, including 3 teenagers. Plenty of space and 3 full bathrooms. Very clean. We loved being able to walk into downtown to eat and shop. They even left us snacks!

Great time in Gatlinburg

Nice extra touches like a basket of snacks and area guide books. Nicely furnished with everything we needed. Walking distance to the main attractions in Gatlinburg and a short drive to Pigeon Forge. The pool is about 100 feet from the front door. Overall a very comfortable and fun stay!

Weekend Get Away for Fall Break

My kids and mom went to Gatlinburg for fall break. Nice property with all the amenities. Super nice having three bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The walk to the Gatlinburg strip was a little too far for my mom but it’s doable. The owners were very quick to respond to my questions. I’ve stayed in other properties within this condo complex and would select this one again. The only negative comment I can share was that it could’ve been a little cleaner, there. Was hair in the bathroom, couple plates has food on them, front of garbage can had food splatters on it, etc. - little stuff.

The unit was very good and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue is that the unit was not as close to the main street in Gatlinburg as I thought based on the websire description. It was too far to walk, especially with our handicapped son. Had to drive and then find and pay for parking. Otherwise the unit was very good.

Perfect scenario for our family trip

We loved this condo! It was perfect for us! We were traveling with our adult children and their friend so this gave each us our own bedroom and bathroom and floor so it was perfect. We walked to everything since the traffic downtown was awful! We enjoyed the hot tub as well! It was a peaceful setting, we would go again!

Perfect place to stay

Very clean property and the owners were prompt with answering my questions, even before it was time for us to check in. They even reached out to me while we were there to ask about a problem the previous tenants had and quickly sent the maintenance man to fix the problem. 10/10

Perfect house for our getaway

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Going on trips with grown children can prove difficult, but not here. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The layout was perfect! The location also gave everyone the opportunity to walk to activities, so we could venture out together or separately. The location was perfect! Overall this property made our family vacation to Gatlinburg PERFECT! Thanks for letting us stay here!

Wonderful Vacation

Great place to stay! We walked everywhere because we were so close to downtown. The townhouse was spotless when we got there. We watched several movies on the smart TV in the living room as a family. My son set up his Xbox on the TV in the bedroom on the main level so he was happy. My boys loved the arcade in the loft. Thank you for an incredible vacation!
