• This home must follow Sonoma County’s vacation rental rules, which include restrictions on noise and sound.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please avoid loud outdoor activity during this time.
• Outdoor amplified sound is not allowed at any time — including Bluetooth speakers, outdoor TVs, or loud music played from phones or laptops.
• Privacy-safe noise monitoring devices (Minut) are installed on-site to help us ensure compliance without invading your privacy — it measures sound levels, not conversations.
• We work with a private security company that can be dispatched if we receive reports of excessive noise or parking violations.
• Even in more open areas, sound can carry and impact nearby neighbors. We appreciate your help in keeping things respectful and compliant throughout your stay.

When you stay at Villa Colibri, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a "administrative fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
