Hey! Just a heads up before you book: you'll need to grab your keys from a Keycafe in a convenience store, which is about a 13-minute walk from my place.
Kick back and chill in this awesome 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo! You’ll get some great city views from the balcony, plus fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a Smart TV. There's a washer/dryer in the unit, and you can find paid parking nearby. It’s perfect for up to 4 people!
IMPORTANT: Please note that there are currently renovations ongoing in the building hallways, which might cause some extra noise in the building. I appreciate your understanding!

Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

1. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay.
7. All bookings require the Primary guest's photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
