Comfortable stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very much like the photos. The location was convenient for the beach and the condo balcony was a nice place to sit. Emily was nice to check and ask how things were going, and check in was easy.

The apartment is modern and really clean. Has all the basics and is super spacious! The host is really helpful and always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come stay here again in the future. :)

Beautiful view of the inter coastal!

The condo matched the description and photos perfectly! Corner unit with glass walls on 2 sides allowing for great views of the boats gliding up and down the inter coastal. Very clean and well equipped with kitchen essentials. Any questions or concerns were answered very quickly by the thoughtful owner. Very nice pool and free shuttle to the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

Don’t miss out on this special property!

Emily is the perfect host - very responsive throughout the booking and pre-arrival process. Answered all my questions promptly and had great recommendations for restaurants nearby. The condo is as lovely as the pictures portray. Very spacious and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Having a pool on property with the beach steps away made for the perfect spring break. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by on the intracoastal waterway was a relaxing way to pass the time. Spectacular views from the 10th floor! Hallandale Beach has great dining options steps away from the condo and Hollywood is a short Uber ride way. I highly recommend this property - you will not be disappointed!

Great place

The condo is great and the host is incredible. We had six adults and two kids stay for a week. Expectations were high and they were all met. Only issue was the broken “private” elevator but that was due to a building issue outside of control of the host and I’m sure it’s resolved by now. We were short on two blankets (had six of eight) and upon informing the host, the following morning Target delivered new blankets, pillows, and a bunch of chocolates for the kids. Host is very responsive, reasonable, and accommodating.

Delightful condo close to beach, airport, shopping and freeway

The views of the inter coastal and surrounding area are top notch. The condo is spacious and airy. Three full bathrooms is a real treat with six adults. The salt water pool is lovely and the gym is well equipped. The beach shuttle is fantastic. This neighborhood is very quiet. There are a lot of condos and the beach and that’s about it to the East. To the West there are plenty of shopping centers and a nice outdoor mall less than 2 miles away by the racetrack/casino. The condo is very nice. It could use a little refresh; there were only 2 chairs for the dining table as the others has been broken by previous guests, cooking tools were sparse and knives dull. This was easily remedied by a trip to the store where we purchased some cutting boards and a fresh knife and sitting on the 4 stools at the bar to eat meals. I would have preferred king sized pillows on the king bed and some extra blankets but there were sufficient basic supplies provided. The parking situation is a bit of a let down. The hotel charges their guests $13/day and condo renters $35 for self parking. If staying more than 3 nights the rate goes down to $25/day. They are very aggressive about wanting you to use valet which is $35/day. It’s a beautiful place to unplug and relax. The building is quiet and safe, even though there seemed to be a lot of people coming and going. The host was very prompt with communication and we had no problems whatsoever. That all being said, I would absolutely stay here again when in the area.

Although the dining chairs were new, unfortunately were not assembled correctly and they broke with the previous guest, we only found out after your visit. We had replaced them with a beautiful new dining set, lots of new furniture in all rooms, new pots, pans and dishes. We refreshed the condo with new paint, new pillows, and bedding. We are proud of our beautiful remodelled unit and wish for all our guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. Thank you again for taking the time to review and hope to see you again very soon!

Excellent Stay in Hallandale Beach!

Emily's place was exactly what we were looking for! It was clean, very close to the beach, and with amazing views. The property comes with access to the gym, a shuttle, and 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella at the beach which we used everyday. The closeness to the grocery stores (Walmart literally across the street, and Publix a 5-10 min walk away) made it very easy to get food. Emily was outstanding in responding to any inquires or questions we had, and made sure our stay is great :) Would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing View

My stay was great the pictures does no just for this property. From checking in to checking out was a smooth process. Many local stores were in walking distance and the beach was just a few minutes walk over the bridge. Trying to go into details about this place would be extremely hard. As described in the details It’s just that plus more we felt right at home.

The owner was the best! She was quick to reply and helpful in every way! We had a group of 10! Aging adults to teens to children and even an infant and the condo was perfect for us! Awesome location with Wal Mart being right across the street and the beach just down the road (walking distance) love love loved our stay!

Beautiful condo!

Amazing property owner who was very responsive! Location of property is very close to groceries and plenty of restaurants. Beach is just a short walk over the bridge. Pictures show beach chairs and cabanas but those weren’t accessible to non owners so we were limited with beach visits. Kitchen is well equipped. Only issue is had was lack of wash rags and towels upon arrival. There were not enough for the 6 of us so we purchased more as well as detergent since we were there a full week. Overall, super nice condo and clean!

Great views and very comfortable beds. Spacious, clean and a great floor plan. Deposit a bit much and is taken at time of reservation instead of when property is actually rented. Held $500 deposit for a month b4 renting. Hopefully it refunded just as fast as it was taken.

Amazing stay

We had a great time. The condo looked exactly as the pictures. We arrived and everything was clean and we felt at home. Comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms, large and clean bathrooms. We are a family of 5 who love to travel, good food, and the beach. Our favorite place to hang out is at the beach club, the ocean is clean and the chairs are comfortable. The restaurant is awesome, amazing dishes and great wine. We love our new place, hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
