Everything we needed

We wanted a house with 4 beds and a pool, close to the beaches and this one delivered wonderfully. It's tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet 2 quick turns and youre on the causeway to Dania Beach and all the restaurants. The pool is huge and was cleaned twice during our stay, The house was clean and well maintained, all in all it was a great week

We were in town on business, it was really nice coming home to this house everyday. The guys loved the pool table as well as the pool. The area is really nice too, I would highly recommend this property!

My family and I went for my college graduation and stayed for 4 days. We liked the location and it was conveniently close to the airport and the board walk. Besides minimal damage to the furniture the house was in good condition. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was we had to pay 40 dollars extra to use the grill. Not all rooms had a dresser.

We do have gas grills, that require propane, which we can fill and deliver at a $40 charge or we provide a tank guests can fill for $25 at the local store.
