There is a hotel at the next door building that provides hotel services for a $30 daily fee. This unit is not part of the hotel, so there is no need to pay for those services if you do not need them.
This is a direct rental with the owner and your Lease will grant you access to the gym and the first floor pool with the towels provided at your unit.

This condo was exceptionally clean & comfortable. Great views and the spacious size of the condo including the 3 bathrooms made our stay for the Taylor Swift concert as we all had our own space to get ready. Highly recommend and will book again in the future. Host was also very helpful and quick to reply with any questions.
Overall, I would recommend this place, and stay again. We had some minor issues with check-in, and during our stay, but the communication with the owner was the best I have ever had with a rental property. The unit is on the inter-coastal, with great views of the ocean. When you look down from the balcony, there is the inter coastal and a draw bridge. We really enjoyed watching boats, especially with the bigger ones when the bridge was raised. Keep in mind, you are renting from the owner. You can not work with the resort lobby or staff. They are clear in this, but it took me a while to grasp. If you have any issues, contact the owner. They are great a communicating.Valet was fine. Beach was great. Its a 5-10 minute walk, or we usually drove, as there is a public parking garage right at the beach. You CAN NOT use the resort van that takes guests to the beach. You are there as an owner, so keep that in mind. Unit was big and bright. Kitchen was wonderful. Lots of balcony furniture, though a bit worn out, still nice to have. Balcony is huge, and many people can enjoy at once.
We had problems getting into the unit without the help of the owner or his helper. We were not told that we would need anything to get the elevator to take us up to the unit. We were not told that the door from the rest of the hotel to our unit required a separate key to open. Therefore, my aging parents (85 & 83) had to stand by the door until some could come let us in (30 minutes). The keys they gave us made it difficult to get in the unit -they didnât work properly.The toilet in the room with 3 beds did not work. The coffee pot was broken & they didnât leave enough coffee for the days we were there.I would recommend providing coffee, hot chocolate, water bottles and snacks in the house for guests. Itâs the extra little touched like that that make guests feel welcomed.The owner replaced to coffee pot while we were there, but didnât offer any more coffee than one package. They had a fancy espresso machine, but no instructions on how to use it.The space was beautiful, but given the difficulties we had I would not recommend it to others.I would like to request a refund because if the complications we had. The helper seemed very annoyed & put out that we had problems that she had to help with. She did really give us any information on how to use the private elevator her than the fact that it was there. Nothing was said about using a special device to allow us to go to the floor we needed.
