Great property

This property is always quiet and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open, even in December. The location is close to downtown, but not close enough to get traffic.

The condo is perfect for a small family with kids. Very close to the marina and Nautical Inn. Communication with owner was terrific.

Lots of activities in a comfortable setting

We had everything we needed in the condo from comfortable bedding and furniture to a well stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed the location on the island. Having a garage in which to safely park the boat was a definite bonus. The fitness trail just outside the complex was perfect for an easy level ride. We enjoyed seeing the lovely Christmas lights on the bridge and in the village.

Great Place!

Awesome little place! Super clean which is a huge plus. Location is great as we had friends at the Islander so we were walking distance. Easy parking for boat and trailer. Perfect for my little family. Definitely would stay again. We have stayed in many places in Havasu and this has by far been a favorite!

this location was exactly what we were looking for. the large upstairs patio became our favorite living space. Communication with Angela, the property manager was excellent.

Everything you need, super clean and convenient

My husband and our two sons stayed at this condo during the excessive heat wave this summer. Coming into the cool, clean, and accommodating condo after a long, hot, day on the river was heaven. Condo have everything you need!

Quiet, Peaceful, Reinvigorating

This condo was extremely quiet, just what I needed. The people in other condos were friendly, too. The condo is close to the lake and a short drive to downtown. The bed was super comfortable. The managers/owners were quick to communicate about small issues. Would definitely recommend it.

Great Father's Day Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this condo over Father's Day weekend...family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children ages 10 & 12). We've stayed at the Nautical Estates before and love the location. It's a short drive to Lake Havasu Marina launch ramp and London Bridge...very convenient. The condo was very neat and clean. Everything worked great (TVs, AC, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.). It was also well stocked. Excellent communication with the owner, Angela. It was as described. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Angela!

Great Location!

This property was a great central location and close to the boat launches. The property was clean and perfect for our weekend stay. The complex felt safe and secure to unhitch our boat and let our kids play around outside. The only downfall for us was the parking. The complex is small and there is minimal parking for large vehicles and larger sized boats. The streets are narrow and a lot of the curb parking is painted red. We did have some noisy neighbors that partied all night but they may have been renters as well, just something to take into consideration when renting a condo. Otherwise, the condo was clean, had all the amenities we needed, the pool was nice, and the host was prompt at responding and providing information. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect havasu condo

Wife and I came out for a weekend and were lucky enough to stay at this property. Great communication with the owner. The property is just as described. The community was quiet even with it being a busy weekend. Small cafe walking distance for breakfast or shop prior to arrival and cook in the well stocked kitchen. Short 3 minute drive to the nautical. We had intentions of looking for property in Havasu but may end up just trying to stay here every time we head out. Will always attempt to stay here in the future.

The "Cool" Lake Condo

The experience with communication prior, during and at the end of our stay was phenomenal. The condo met every expectation with all necessities, and a HUGE plus was the communication and customer service with our property manager. Angela really cared about our experience. I travel often and notice things that are most important in returning to a location. This property, and experience is one that I will definitely return to and forward to family and friends. :)

Great stay!!

Family of 4 adults stayed here for 3 nights. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable. Safe, gated community. Fully stocked with everything you may need. Walking distance to the boathouse restaurant. (Very good for food/drinks) close to the islander. Overall highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Lake Havasu for several years and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed. It’s was clean, quiet and had everything I could ask for. I will definitely be back.

Condo was nice, but there is a laundry list of things you can/cannot do. Along with the AC being locked at 70, If I am renting a place I would like to be comfortable the condo was so hot.

Great time, great location!

Angela the owner is great! EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION! She knew we were going to be there with our boys and sent us a list of local places to eat and even rated them kid friendly or expensive for us! We even meet some of the neighbors while there and they couldn’t be any nicer! Hoping to stay here again soon!

Nice!

Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. So nice to have the attached garage. Nice quiet neighborhood. We loved the walking path around the island and having a restaurant/bar nearby is a real plus.
