Unit D9 in Sam's Beachcomber RV Resort with a view of Lake Havasu, mountains, city and boat launch at Sam's Beachcomber.
Enjoy a private home in a resort setting and sit on the expansive covered patio to enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the lake, mountains and beautiful desert sunrise. This two bedroom, one bath property is located at Sam’s Beachcomber Resort on the island of Lake Havasu. One bedroom has a King bed while the second bedroom has a Queen. There is plenty of closet space and storage in both bedrooms. There are two door walls that open to the large deck, one from the master bedroom, and the other from the kitchen/living area. The deck has a barbeque as well as tables and chairs. Sam’s Beachcomber Resort has 24 hour security, a community swimming pool and spa, a clubhouse with lots of social activities, a gym, card room, horseshoes, a private beach, a private boat launch ramp, onsite laundry facilities and more.

Great Stay for Desert Storm

We had our adult kids stay at this location while we stayed in an RV at the resort and we all enjoyed the property thoroughly. The property is located with views of the city and also the lake. There is a wonderful outdoor deck with comfortable furniture and a table for eating at. Holly was very attentive and helped us with whatever we needed. The home was clean, comfortable and fully equipped.

Security was good on the property, laundry room was clean, ice was available for fee, quiet weekend with neighbors, launch ramp was not a problem. Patio was enjoyed and parking for my boat worked out well. Looking at the photos of the unit made the indoor spaces look much larger than it actually was, we experienced a single wide mobilehome with a bedroom attached. Anyway, we did had a good time. Hollie was nice and assisted when questions popped up. We got what we paid for, next visit to the lake we will pay more for a larger unit.

2024 Havasu vacation

This is our 4th year booking D9 and is perfect for our small family. It's in a great location, clean, and everything we needed for our vacation. Hollie is a great host and quickly answered any questions we had.

Cute and cozy with a great view!

This was my first time renting a place with VRBO and the process was so easy especially since Heidi the owner communicated so well with me . The house was so clean and cozy and the patio with view was beautiful . My favorite was the bathroom with the pebble floor and shower and all the cute amenities in it , right down to the hair ties for us ladies . I can’t wait to come back to Havasu and rent D9 again with Heidi. Thanks again for making the process so easy and relaxing !

Lake Havasu Beachcomber D9 Excellent Destination

We fully enjoyed our getaway, the trailer is fully equipped with everything you may need on vacation at the lake. Air conditioning is cool, decorated super cute, fabulous view from the patio, barbecue fired right up and a launch ramp for the boat. We will book this spot again.

Place is nicer than the pics

The booking process was very easy and Hollie was extremely communicative and on top of things. The place is actually much nicer and spacious than others in the community. The patio was really nice and a great place to hang out. The bedrooms were cozy and cool and the master was really spacious and had a large bed. We really liked the modern bathroom as well. Really well done place to stay. The boat dock is a short walk away but with the courtesy golf cart it made the walk much easier especially in the heat. Will definitely look into staying here again.

Awesome stay

We had a fantastic time staying here. Cute and comfortable. Was able to order food and Instacart to the property with ease. Hollie was extremely communicative and when we had an issue with the AC she was on it immediately. Thank you for the stay and we highly recommend this property for future guests.

Holiday weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were 4 of us (2 couples) and the home accomadated us quite nicely. The outdoor patio funiture was an excellent place to hang out with some drinks.The boat launch was so close and convenient, would defintiely stay there again.

Very clean, very well appointed. Supplies were well thought out for accommodations. Liked the security. Park property well kept and clean. On-site staff was great. Loved the private boat launch! Definitely stay there again.

Small mobile home

Convenient havasu location. We enjoy the beachcomer's amenities (i.e. the boat slip and gym area). As far as this unit, we were happy the kitchen is equipped with filtered drinking water. Being able to see part of the lake from the porch is nice. The outdoor porch is great. The beds & pillows were comfortable. WiFi was amazingly fast. And it's equipped with the basic needs. However, carpets are stained, blinds are in need of repair (the louvers fall off), the bathroom is small,, the shower doesn't have a door, water kept pooling in the bedroom sink, no ice maker on the fridge and ice trays were cracked, the coffee table was actually 2 small and uncomfortable ottomans, & coffee maker needs an auto off for safety and would have been nice if it was programable for early fishing outings. There was no cable in the guest room or porch TVs. There was no remote for the guest tv. The cable in living room and master is basic. There is no DVR or Tivo capability. Parking on premises is not easy with the golf cart taking up space on the driveway. Btw, other units allow the use of the golf cart on the premises without additional cost (the charge here is $20/day).
