Détendez-vous, vous êtes à Havasu! Venez rester à notre unité de niveau supérieur avec un grand parc, un lac et de belles vues sur la montagne depuis l'intérieur et sur la véranda. Une chambre, une baignoire avec un canapé-lit amovible fait de cette unité une capacité de 4. Très propre et non-fumeur avec téléviseur à écran plat et nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. L'unité est entièrement meublée et dispose d'une cuisine complète et d'une sécheuse à empiler. Juste au coin de la rue, recherchez de belles piscines, courts de tennis et barbecue. Cosy apartment close to London Bridge

Centrally located in Lake Havasu City for Rotary Park and other local sites and amenities. The apartment has everything needed for a short stay, is tastefully decked-out and comfortable. State Parks and other areas of interest are a short drive away.

Great!!!

This unit is in an excellent location. Close to the pool and very close to your covered parking spot. Also, the complex is within walking distance of the channel, restaurants and shops. There is also a large parking area for boats and trailers.

Weekend Getaway

Nice, clean and quiet place to stay. Was perfect for our family of 4. I would not consider the pullout bed in the couch useable but the air mattress worked perfect for the kids. Only suggestion would be to get cable...Nothing for kids to watch on downtime when not out enjoying the lake and park. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice little place to stay in Havasu.

Excellent condo. Quiet and accessible

Cute! Well stocked for comfort and convenience. Al dishes and linens were clean and neat. Internet worked well and everything went as it should. Bob is a wonderful host.

Great location

Enjoyed our 2 week stay. Our 8 year old daughter loved the pool & my wife & I loved the location of the condo as it was within walking distance to a really nice park with walking trails and the beach. Walking distance to the London bridge also. Nice Restaurants are very close and and easy walk. Would definitely return.

good location and accommodations

Location was close to local attractions and scenic walking, the unit had everything we needed, and communication with owner was good as he answered our questions in a timely manner. The only caveat was there was no grill at the unit itself, but there was a very nice area with green space and multiple grills for use located near the pool.

Lake Havasu Getaway

Couldn't have found a better place for "last minute" but greatly needed relaxation for me and the GF. Lake Havasu is not a tropical destination in November but we knew that. Bob and Kelly's place is quiet, comfortable and clean. The stack of local hiking trail maps in the house handbook was a bonus we took advantage of and were rewarded with an awesome outing. Definitely reccomend for staying a weekend, a week or a month.

Great Location!

The Pros: Truly fabulous location! The pool was awesome, owners were great to work with, comfy bed, super clean and fresh linens. Condo was just the right size for two for a week. Owner was very flexible in adding extra days when we needed them. The Cons: condo could have been cleaner... top of fridge was dirty, and the white throw rugs were black from our bare feet on the floors within a day (read: the floors were dirty), baseboards were dusty, build-up of dirt behind toilet and on upper shelves. Kitchen cabinets need a clean-out of leftover food from other guests, and mish-mash of plastic containers. We had to clear a shelf for our own pantry items. We were traveling with two other couples who also had condos in the same complex, and they had the same cleanliness issues --- wonder if it's a condo-wide service that needs to be tuned up? TV was TRULY "basic" cable... no Fox, no HGTV, no Discovery. The first night we literally watched Gomer Pyle because there were no good options. Only about 20 channels, 6 of them in Spanish. Take your HDMI cable and external device! With a good clearning and expanded cable, this would be the perfect choice!

We enjoyed the amenities like the pool and tennis court. It has great location close to the park and shopping and restaurants. We biked everywhere. A slight down fall is the TV as the cable didn’t work. Thanks for a great stay!

The Perfect Spot

Adorable condo, nicely and comfortably furnished! Within walking distance of London Bridge, shops, restaurants, lake shore beach, amazing park. We would definitely stay here again.
