Spread across an impressive 5,000 sq. feet., this estate can comfortably host up to 16 guests with its 6 spacious bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, divided into East/West Wings.The West Wing consists of three levels. Level one includes two bedrooms with en-suite baths. One bedroom is thoughtfully designed with four bespoke bunk beds with custom lighting, perfect for children. This level also includes a full-service laundry room and a recreation room.Level two is the heart of the home, where the Great Room boasts a soaring coffered ceiling, arched sunlit windows, and a sophisticated two-sided stone gas fireplace. A stunning full-service bar, equipped with a kegerator, expansive wine refrigerator, sink, ice maker, dishwasher, complements this space. The huge gourmet kitchen outfitted with a 48-inch Wolf range with dual ovens and Subzero refrigerator. Plenty of room and provides ample dining space. Overall, then house was great for the 10 people who stayed there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and nice. I would recommend that the bathroom in the same wing as the bunkbed room have a bath mat. The tub is slippery and my husband fell in the tub. The kitchen is lovely with nice appliances and quality dishes and pots/pans. There is no decent cutting board. The coffee maker was either a Keurig or a fancy machine that grinds beans. However, the capacity was only 4 cups. We bought a drip coffee maker to accommodate the large number of people we had. The outdoor area was really nice and we spent lots of time there lounging, using the pool and cooking on the grill. The description of the house layout was confusing. The main areas are up a pretty steep staircase and getting groceries in and up the stairs was a chore for older folks.

The property is beautiful and is even nicer than the photos show. The location is perfect to experience down town Cape May. The great room and pool was perfect for the family to spend time together but the house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out when needed. Hurricane Erin came through during our stay so the weather was a little challenging.

Beautiful home in an amazing location! The pool area was amazing-we spent so much time out there. It was an incredible private, modern, outdoor space with a mix of sun & shade all day. Our family really enjoyed the walkability to the mall & local coffee shops. Location is great, but it’s a bit too far to walk to the beach (with all the kids gear) but that was the only downside. The home itself felt brand new-it’s a beautiful build & has great amenities. Enough space for several families!

The house is a great size for our family. It’s close to lots of restaurants and the beach. Lots of parking to accommodate our family.The heck in process was smooth and easy. However after we got in on day one the garbage disposal didn’t work so there was a clogged sink and the hot tub wasn’t working. Reached out to the realtor asap and passed me along to a property manager. Long story short both were not fixed during our stay. And communication dropped. Very disappointing considering the cost of the rental.
