Thank you for the 6/10 rating. We’re happy to hear the location met your expectations. Unfortunately, you didn’t provide any explanation for the four points you deducted, so we’re left wondering what, exactly, those points were based on. Our listing with all the pictures accurately represents the property, and we made every effort to communicate clearly throughout your stay. Constructive criticism is always welcome; unexplained ratings, not so much. That said, we understand that some people are simply difficult to please, whether they’re staying in a hotel, a vacation rental, or perhaps even in their own home.

This was the second time my family and I stayed at this house, it was perfect just like the last time. We love how close the house is to the beach and shops! We also opted to heat the pool and our younger boys were swimming away in October.

The property and host exceeded expectations! Short 5 block walk to the beach. With 2 kids in a wagon plus a baby it took about 10 minutes. Walk to town took about 20 minutes. Nice playground around the corner. The pool was beautiful and we used it everyday. The accommodations were very comfortable and the immediate neighborhood was beautiful. Games in the bunk room were a plus. The host was extremely responsive and helpful both prior to our stay and during it. Would 10/10 recommend, especially to families with small kids!

Great house and location

Really enjoyed our stay in this well appointed house. Kids loved the pool and space to play in the yard. The location is great and very close to the beach. We rented bikes and had easy, quick access to everything Cape May has to offer.

This stay was a very important personal trip for me and my family, and this house and owner were absolutely PERFECT in every way.The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and everything was exactly as described. You will also not find a better location! It is on an excellent, easy to access street, where you can listen to the sound of the waves from the front porch. Everything was super clean, and when other groups staying in Cape May came to gather us on the way to dinner or to the beach, every single person said we had the best place. It is about a 15 minute leisurely walk to some excellent shops, restaurants and the beach. And everything was within a 5-minute drive, but the neighborhoods are so pretty that it is worth it just to walk around.I plan on visiting Cape May again, and this will always be the first house I look at!

Fantastic property and property manager!

This is a wonderful property that served as home for a fantastic vacation for my family. It is perfectly situated near enough to the beach and town, but far enough away to have some quiet privacy. We were supported by property management/owner from check in through check out. If you are looking for a clean, lovely property where everything is made easy so you can have a wonderful vacation, this is the property for you.

Wonderful week in Cape May

Beautiful home on quiet street. The house is spacious and very well organized. Loved the screened in porch where we spent lots of time as a family. Wonderful pool and Tiki bar was lots of fun. Nice yard to play Bocce ball (we brought our set). Short walk to the beach and shops. We will definitely be back next year!

Seas the Weekend!

The house is a perfect layout for a family or for a ladies weekend getaway! We were a party of 10 women and all fit comfortably. There is plenty of seating and space in the kitchen. The backyard is perfect for entertaining. And the host, CJ, was very attentive and accommodating. He was quick to help with everything and an overall pleasure to rent from! We highly recommend this property.

Very Nice Neighborhood, Centrally Located

The house was clean with lots of amenities. We especially appreciated and used the screened in porch and pool area. The pool was low enough at the one end for little ones and deep enough at the other for the older ones.I did not have any dealings with the property manager so did not rate him/her but the owner was very good at responding in a timely manner to questions.

Beautiful rental and location

The house was perfect both aesthetically and functionally: neat, clean and comfy. It was also perfect for making lasting family memories! We had plenty of room for everyone thanks to the four bedroom layout. The pool was an added bonus, and the ocean and Washington Street Mall were both only a few blocks away. Everything was well-stocked, right down to the clothes pins, with lots of attention to detail. The host was always very responsive and helpful, a pleasure to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed "our home at the beach", and we can't wait to go back again!

Quiet and beautiful neighborhood

Our week vacation in Cape May at Seas the Day had all the comforts of home and then some. Nicely landscaped property. Home was clean and stocked with everything you need. Tiki hut, back screened in porch and pool are some of the highlights of the property. Plenty of seating for our family of 7 for meal gatherings & nightly games around the table in the back porch and also dining area. Home is walkable to the beach (5 blocks) but a little bit further walk to the Washington Street Mall. Beach tags and beach chairs provided (saves space in packing for vacation). Communication and response time from owner CJ was outstanding.

Seas the Day Indeed!

The property was as wonderful as described. Everything inside and out was clean and well maintained. There was more than enough room for 8 to 10 people. Aside from bed linens, everything you would need is there, from cooking utensils to toilet paper. As listed, the property was an easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The neighborhood so calm and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised that in the evening I could hear the waves crashing on the beach. Communication with the host was prompt and professional. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

Another perfect stay at Seas the Day! This was our second trip staying at Seas the Day with our multigenerational family group. Our host CJ was wonderful and the property is gorgeous, with a breezy beachy decor and plenty of great gathering places and quiet retreats indoors and out. We enjoyed the pool and the screened patio, and the roomy layout indoors with plenty of space for all of us. The house is very well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, for the pool and beach, and with tons of games, movies, and books throughout for entertainment and family fun. My parents are in their eighties and my mom has mobility issues, so we also appreciated the option to enter the house from the back where there are just a few wooden deck stairs and a sturdy railing. Once inside, everything is all in one floor and was easy to navigate for seniors. Seas the Day was the perfect setting for our family getaway and we are thrilled we chose to return this year!
