Luxury Beach House with POOL!
Enjoy our NEW Spa Like Pool with refreshing Caribbean Blue water, surrounded by a luxurious white slate tile patio. Soak in the sun from lounge chairs with-in the pools sundeck, located in the (L) area in the pool. Approximate size of the Pool: 28 x12, including the (L) area its 28 x17. Pool can be heated for a fee. OCEAN VIEWS from the rooftop deck!! This is a one of kind custom home that is an amazing rental for you and your family/friends. This property has an elevator that can get you from ground level to the Gourmet Quartz Kitchen, Living Room and private en suite Master Bedroom located on the third floor. The Master Bedroom has a walk in closest, reach in closet, balcony and amazing shower with Bluetooth technology. The living area has a modern gas fireplace and mantel. The dining area is bright and spacious for friends and family to enjoy year round. The Kitchen is a work of art with high end cabinetry, quartz countertops, custom backsplash and high end appliances. There is a beautiful outside living area and deck. A contemporary half bath and pantry are also located on the third floor. A comfortable stairway from the third floor flows up to the stunning roof top lounge that has world class views of the ocean, lighthouse and gorgeous sunsets. The Second Floor has four nice sized guest bedrooms and two appealing full bathrooms, one with a jetted tub. The second floor also has a Family Room, modern gas fireplace and a wonderful functional screened in covered porch. The lower level is extremely desirable and rare for this area. There is garage parking for 2 cars and with plenty of space for your bikes and beach gear. The fixtures, finishes and flooring in this property are truly jaw dropping, you will be wowed upon entering this stunning residence. Some of the many extra features of this house include: central vac, double washers and dryers (one set in the third floor pantry, one set in the garage), Multiple HVAC Zones, upgraded fixtures and appliances, appealing epoxy coating on garage and storage floors and so much more that has to be seen to be appreciated. Each living room will have sleeper sofas. There is also Wi-Fi printing capabilities! If you want the pool heated, there is an addtional $200 fee. Just let us know if you would like this option.
