Une vue panoramique sur le lagon!

Emplacement parfait! Laissez votre voiture garée et marchez ou faites du vélo pour tout ce que vous voudrez. Ce charmant condo est situé juste en face de la plage et dispose d’un accès à la piscine du complexe Captain’s Walk (chauffée en saison). Le condo est proche de tout ce que Palmetto Dunes a à offrir - terrains de golf primés, tennis, pêche et kilomètres de pistes cyclables. Le meilleur atout est peut-être de se détendre sur le porche arrière en admirant la faune et la flore du lagon. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un accès à une terrasse privée offrant une vue sur le système de lagune de 18 km. Une cuisine entièrement équipée mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit et plus! La cuisine a été rénovée en 2017. Télévision dans les trois chambres. Shelter Cove Marina se trouve au cœur de Palmetto Dunes, un quartier de bord de mer qui abrite certaines des meilleures cuisines d’île, des boutiques, des galeries d’art, des sports nautiques, des visites guidées, des animations pour les enfants et des feux d’artifice hebdomadaires au bord de l’eau (en saison). La communauté comprend une grande piscine, un bassin pour enfants, une cabane, une grande terrasse ensoleillée, des barbecues à gaz et une promenade en bois menant à la plage. Piscine chauffée en saison.

Check out clean crew arrived 45 min before checkout.then at checkout we were walking out and had a call from supervisor of the cleaning person who wanted us to let her know when we were leaving.y response was we did a final sweep and are walking out She then told me well check out was 10At this time it was 10.02. the tone and approach was very abrupt.

We had some unfortunate circumstances with travel that led to the cancellation of our rental car. However, once we ubered to our Villa, bikes took us everywhere we needed to go! I am so glad that the bikes and beach chairs were recommended to us. We enjoyed our stay and hope to some day return to Palmetto Dunes.

Seamless check in, quick communication from maintenance when we thought we had a small problem. Although we resolved before he had to come. As first time goers, Palmetto Dunes Resort was top notch. Pool and beach were close and everyone could walk to all the amenities. Our townhouse was recently renovated beautifully and well thought out with plenty of storage, the food pantry was a bonus, can’t say in all my travels we have had that while being on the beach with family. We enjoyed morning coffee watching the wild life on the deck on the 11 mile lagoon. Only complaint would be sharing actual address on check in information, and upstairs bedrooms get a little warm, so maybe bring your own portal fans. But all in all great experience!!

Other than that, the condo was great. And...Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort staff was easy to work with...great group!

Good resort, unhelpful and unfriendly staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was fine and the resort was as expected. However, when I had a problem on the first day I went to the welcome center to speak with the staff to get it corrected but they were unhelpful and borderline rude in every way. I followed up during my vacation and for almost a week after and nothing was ever done and their promises were not followed through on. I expected more from a resort at this price point. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location of this Villa because of its walking distance to the beach, pool, tennis and pickleball courts. The villa itself is in need of a renovation. The patio and outdoor furniture was old, stained and musty. Some of the screen doors had holes in them, and were difficult to open. The floors were not level, especially in the living room, and the bathroom faucet was never repaired correctly. I think the entire condo needs a complete renovation. We stayed in 487 Captains Cove for 5 days and that renovation was incredible! What a beautiful job done by the owner.

Being very centrally located, we were able to enjoy the beach, pickle ball, golfing, and the general store. I had an issue with the microwave and disposal upon arrival, but those were very quickly taken care of and had no other issues. Great customer service. Nice, scenic place to relax and wind down!
