Just a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood’s pool complex—which includes a large pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub—you’ll also have easy access to miles of scenic bike paths, kayaking through the lagoon system, and the beachfront Dunes House bar and grill. Plus, enjoy free transportation on the Dunes Buggy, offering quick rides to Shelter Cove for waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and entertainment.

Inside, the open-concept main floor is designed for comfort and connection, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the living area with natural light and showcase the tranquil lagoon views.
